Remarks

I have chosen this course because mechanical engineering provides the best practical knowledge. Everything in this engineering branch is about practical like mechanism, manufacturing process, production and advanced technologies like 3D printing, additive manufacturing process, robotics, etc. There is nothing in this world without a mechanical engineer

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculty members are good at their knowledge as well as they support every student to build their concepts and learning techniques. Faculty members are very helpful and supportive. Faculty members in the mechanical engineering branch of JIET are supportive.

Course Fees: INR 320000 per year

Placement Experience

In CSE 90% students got placements in Capgemini, Infosys, TCS and many other good companies as a SDE. The average package is more than 3 LPA. Many students got placed in start-up companies from different cities also. The placement percent is increasing each year alumini network also is very strong.

Labs have enough computers and assets. Wi-Fi is limited (need improvement). Canteen is big. Medical facilities available. Large ground is available for playing football and cricket. Internet lab also available. Fests are regularly arranged in every department.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course covers all the modern and traditional aspects of pharmacy. But the real world application seems a bit weak. There's less time spent of product making, introduction to industries, communication skills. But they do prepare you academically for higher education and compititive exams. Teaching methods could have been better rather than just recommending books and writing notes on board. Exams are held frequently. Students have to prepare for both theory and practicals including vivas. I chose this course and college because I had to stay here with my parents and b pharm seemed like a good career option.
