If you want a degree and live a college life with fun and you are confident that you will able to get job on your own and if you want to go for business and just have a degree then it's a good place. If you think you will get company after 3yr then it's like making foolish. And never trust on management they even take money for placement but at the end they will show you middle finger. And last thing when you take admission university deposit 5k as a security money and tell you college will give you after your degree these cheep cheep. People again show you middle finger at last they will charge for your degree as well.

Utter Pradesh technical university Lucknow entrance examination. I was keen to learn programming language so decided to go for this course. Regarding admission process following are the steps I followed after 12th I have filled UPTU entrance examation form and given entrance test.(now UPTU is divided in GBTU and MMTU) i got the admit card by post and given entrance exam i got 29308 rank and I choose this college bcoz they have available seat in computer science engineering and it was near to NCR so hoping for company to come down for placement.

As time passed UPTU has changed there course structure and the course is good for foundation of I T you need to explore your self for industry course are as per the UPTU and they are good for foundation and teachers are good enough to help you but the only thing is for project related experience facility are there but they don't take interest as management is worst they won't able to keep a good teacher they got frustrated from management and leave.

They will just give you a proof so that you can go outside and do your self. They don't have good placement cell who take interest they all are just waste main things Management don't want to invest they just let you to have a degree and go.

Nothing was there earlier but now I think they have plans but I think most of them are not belongs to your filed. They will place you in a small start-up or call center or real state firm and after 3 or 4 month they will throw you out. Don't trust on college website and management they will make you fool.

Farewell college fun fest tech fest it is all based on a less expensive from management if students can arrange then management don't have any questions. Management have budget on paper only they won't invest much if you insist much they will give you money like badger.

Now it's expensive as per university guide lines apart from fees management has done so many things mandatory you look the area you will find college is expensive but you live your self then it's so cheap college try to take money in any form they want.

College provide nothing like if you really want that you need Secretary approval who is again a animal rider you need to scratch his ass a lot to get things done every rare case it get done.

Campus is strict management make you feel like school ya they have large areas as now it is improved a lot.it is out of the city. They do organised sports and other stuff the people have worst mind management involved too much they just do fine for anything even if you touch any college property rather then making college student friendly they make them like a prison.

Worst but you will feel the village culture not sure about now earlier it was like that only food is worst but outside you find really awesome food you can find normal food only I mean if you are coming from a metro city you won't find food like there you have to go Aligarh city.

Sr are helpful but they were not well placed so not much help from them they are there for other help and worst thing college never contacted any one once you passed. Management should take steps for same.

Exam structure is same like other based on university guide lines 3 sessional and external exams for each semester and you have 5 subject in each semester. They will consider 2 best score for internal marks and if you are not politically highlighted or you are a chattu of management then you will get good internal as it all affects ur percentage.

After result you will get a rank and based on the rank you need to attend counseling on given date and you can fill the college of your choice from available options in counseling they will allocate college from your choices if you willing to take admission then you need to deposit university fees rest you need to deposit in college. You need to goto college for further process and need to deposit document for verification and show them the recipient of university fees and you can deposit rest amount and you will got admission. They will tell you rest process regarding college. After counseling I went to allocated college and shown them allocated college document and deposit the remaining amount after that I have submitted my documents and they have given a form to fill after that they asked to come from the date when they are going to start the session.

The facility are good but placement and management need to improve a lot as you know for them it's just a business and the management is handled by the people have rich family background and there thinking is still like Street pickpockets. So they need to improve a lot in terms of thinking like professional and a engineering students that is the only way they can improve.
