Remarks

My college is located at good location nearby bus stand that is also suitable for students who travel from other villages. It is a government college so fee Structure is quite decent and faculty is also average. Overall experience here is good as compared to other colleges in district.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus of our college depends upon the university and it get updated every year. Faculty is average but not so good to get rich exposure of knowledge. In one of the semester we faced some difficulties due to missing faculty.

Placement Experience

Only one company i.e. icici bank offered few jobs that too low profiled job. Alumni doesn't help juniors in any way during placements.

College Events

There were few extracurricular activities and cultural festivals happened but none of them were really enjoyable. Our college was not meant for such activities as students also never forced management for events.Campus Life was also below average. Peer learning is not good as expected. Students are more focused on wandering in college rather than giving importance to academics.

Good campus life with decent academics

Placement Experience:

Placement are decent.Many companies visit the campus,but getting a good package depends on your skills and performance.Teh university also provides training support. Some companies like Deloitte,nexity consulting,Bigbasket,zepto etc visited are campus.

A perfect blend of academics, campus life and opportunities

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculumn of chandigarh university is releavant and covers core subjects with projects and labs. It support basic industry readiness, but pratical exposure can improve. Exam are held mid and the end semester with modern difficulty. More hands on experience and updated technoilogies would enhance overall effectiviness and career prepartions.

Placement Experience:

Average placements for the college. As for the good stduents and competitive students companies r coming and they get internships and jobs . Companies like Deloitte, Adobe , Playsimple. Scalar AI labs , LG etc .Good Stsrtup and well knowed companies gave placements .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum needs to focus on what you can do with information rather than the information itself. I wouldn’t eliminate content, without background we cannot form good, rational, and educated conclusions. We are still giving timed tests in math facts! I know that’s traditional, but it just isn’t as important. My era had no calculators and we needed to be proficient at paper and pencil solutions, but now, perfect calculations are available to everyone. We should focus on what kinds of problems can be solved with mathematics. Spelling is equally less important. Vocabulary should be stressed. My sister years ago was taking a test for a personal assistant position where she was asked to type a large number of words per minute error free. She was laughing at such a test. She said no one does that anymore, they just type then run spell check. Technology is changing our NEEDS opinion is that curriculum should reflect our reality. No one gets paid to solve problems that have already been solved. Students should be exposed to solving problems they have not seen before but that can be solve with the content they have learned in class. This will help them develop problem solving strategies they will be able to use the rest of their lives

My best College

In my course everyone who doing science, commerce or arts can be eligible for doing that course. The application form is filled on govt. or punjab portal nad that portal link is found on google site. There are also some seats reserved for reservation candidates. There is no entrance exam conducted for doing this course from Punjabi University Patiala. The the cut-off is provide on the basis of 12th class percentage.. One with more than 86-87% in 12th class can easily take admission. The admission process is very smooth and good. It's completely online based. Every student can register directly through the website. The eligibility for admission in this college is good percentage in class 12th. There are also reservation benefits available for SC & BC casts.
