Remarks :

The college has well informed teachers and staffs.It is a prestigious college in Thrissur. It is one of the high ranking colleges in academics.It has an achievement in the high ranking of co-curricular activities. The best part is Vimala College is a womens college which enables vast opportunities for the girls.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our courses are well updated. The infrastructure of the college is fantastic. The faculties we have is worth studying there. There are a large number of opportunities we have in the college in order to show our talent.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 75 per year

Placement Experience :

There are many companies that visit Vimala college. The placement process is based on the marks of the students as well as their performance in the interview.

College Events :

The campus life is the best part in one's life. The college provides every children the opportunity to take part in every competition. The academic session is very interesting. There are many programmes conducted in the college.Everyday is a celebration for each Vimalite.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since I'm a 1st year student I'm not sure about scholarships. However the college offers many courses from other universities which is sponsored by the college itself.

Campus Life :

The campus infrastructure is one of the best part in the college.We have a well built and safe building. The college view is very much interesting for the students. Students get the best vibes out there in the campus.

Hostel Facilities :

Since I reside near the college, I did not choose hostel. However I heard from my hostel friends' that the college hostel is very safe for girls and has the best rooms and other facilities. The fee structure is not sure as I'm not a hosteler.

Hostel Fee : INR 25 per year

From 4th semester, students become eligible for placements ie; at the beginning of second year itself . Students are eligible with a CGPA of 7 for most of the companies visiting Amrita School of Business, Kochi. Most of the banks like Federal Bank, South Indian Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI BANK etc comes for placement. Also PWC, Deloitte, BNY Mellon etc comes for placement. Many marketing companies like World of Stones, Exide batteries etc will come for placements. Good companies are more coming for placements. Avg package is 6 lakhs and highest is 14 lakhs. Almost 98% gets placed from college.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
