Student's Review On Veer Surendra Sai University Of Technology - [VSSUT], Burla

It is the best and oldest engineering college in odisha.It is a government college.It fulfill all the requirement of students and faculty members.And also it is going to be an IIEST soon.It has a quite good infrastructure for classroom as well as hostel.College has so many technical and cultural group with so many talented folks.Some of our technical club got limca world record for there project on rocket and satellite and recognize by ISRO.Alsi college is surrounded by nature's beauty.

If you talk about our book syllabus then it's kind of old,but necessary one.But college give you different platform for your skills development like technical and cultural club. college also give fund for industrial visit and training.The faculties are good and helpful to all the students but not all the faculties are same but we got 90 percentage of good and supportive teachers.Its inappropriate to mention one faculty name all are quite nice teachers in both study and life lessons fields.

Some of MNC company which come to our college for recruit students are TCS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, COGNIZANT for it sector jobs and they are also mass recruiter.They take all branch students to there company by not considering the branch of the students they studied.But some core company like L&T,Aditya birla,vedanta,Tata motors come to recruit students

Campus life in burla is really busy and fun.we don't feel bore for one second here because of the college classes and clubs and events and some small trips.In our college we always have some workshop or event to Polish our skills and also we have some fun and singing and dancing events too.In our college we have one technical and cultural festival name as samavesh and vassaunt.It is the largest technical and cultural festival of odisha.All the events are managed by student itself by some precious and tiny tiny advice from our faculties.All the students from odisha and outside of odisha come to burla to enjoy these festivals.

No I don't know any kind of scholarships our college offer to students.sorry about that.But the students of st SC and obc and also the students who come from poor background they get scholarships from State board known as prerana.

Campus infrastructure is very good.sime of the classroom are old but mostly it has a good infrastructure.some of the building are new and it looks excellent from both inside and outside.But the prectical labs of some department are very old like electrical and chemistry.

Yes in vssut burla there are 6 hostels for boys and 5 hostels for girls.They are really good.They has good infrastructure and food is also good but not tasty as our home food.we have to pay 40k for one year which is not that much expensive for students.Because it's a government college so we get hostels and food for us in such cheap price.
