Remarks

I have taken admission to this college and went to college for over 3 months. Firstly some good aspects- The is well maintained by PES society and the campus is very clean and green. Now some bad aspects - The campus is very small and there is no space for parking as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is as per standards and teachers are also good. Their way teaching was also good. The student ratio is around 1:15. The term exams were very frequent but they are not at all a difficult job I means they provide u enough material so u don't have to worry for the exam.

Placement is average in this College. As a fresher you can expect starting salary of 15 to 20k in a month. Many companies visit this college every year including Infosys.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure was good means the fees for my course was around 35000 which is less than any other college. The college provide certain scholarships as well for weaker background students you can refer college website for more details.

Campus Life

Campus life is not so great here I mean you hardly get space here to sit with friends as the college is located near roadside. Availability of books is not a problem here and classrooms are also well maintained and ventilated.

FERGUSSON COLLEGE IS THE BEST FOR UNDER GRADS

Placement Experience:

Students in their final semester are eligible for placements. NCL visited the campus. I have no idea about the most expensive package. About half of the percentage got placed. After graduating, I went for my bachelor of education studies.

The memorable college life

Course Curriculum Overview:

I didn't do well in my 12th and I didn't want to give any entrance exams, so this was my only last option left. Teaching and non-teaching staff are both excellent. The exams were held on their schedule without any delay. There were a decent number of students in the class. The way they taught it, it was very much easier for us to score good marks.

Placement Experience:

In our college the percentage of students getting placement is very high because in our college every year the staff take job fairs for our college students as well as another college student also can participate in the job fair. In the job fair company comes to our college and students giving them to interview and they got to select. My plan after getting the degree is to get selected in Infosys company and learn new things.

Remarks:

A few negative effects are debt, partying, sexual assault, missing family and friends, and stress. Positive effects are he/she gets a degree, makes new friends, becomes more diverse, most likely gets a good job after graduating, and helps he/she to become more independent and grow as an individual.

Being part of MIT ADT University there are some disadvantages of not being a regular student. We always need to be in our best behaviour, need to be always dressed in uniform in college function and a high penalty of suspension is followed if presented differently.

A great place for learning

Remarks:

The college is good and nice crowd with willingness to study, and have some fun good faculty..There is just no bad remark about the college. Its one of the best college in the northeast of India. It provides the perfect environment for a student to study and accomplish its dream. College management was really good, including the faculty members selected for teaching the subject had really very good knowledge which they would transfer it to us.
