Remarks

This college provides a special program called WISE-Women in Software Engineering. Being a EEE student I thought getting to learn both the sides of a coin will fetch me in my future. So I opted BVRIT HYDERABAD College of Engineering for Women. The faculty, infra-structure and placements are also excellent in this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is based on the JNTU syllabus. The syllabus will be covered as soon as possible and in effective way. We will have out-door classes one per month. The ratio of students to faculty is limited students will good faculty.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have done internships in 2 companies. One is BHEL where I could know the concepts and its application before I could learn theoretically. The second one is Surabhi Institute of Renewable Energy near Begumpet, where we learned about solar plants installation and procedure for calculation and ratings. From this we have done a study in BVRIT college about their solar panels installation.

Placement Experience

Our college is having a good amount of placement opportunities. Students from 3-2 become eligible for placements. I got placed in Capgemini.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is, college fee of 65000 and miscellaneous fee of 8500. Students are provided scholarships. During this pandemic situation those students who could not afford for a laptop for placements at their houses are provided will tabs by the college. I got selected in Capgemini thought the placement process. I have even done a Internship in which I got a Rs.5000 as stipend.

Campus Life

We have fresher's day, annual days, farewell day, Hackathons etc. We just don't have a room for library, we have a library block in which all kinds of books and journals. We have a class room library and good benches, boards, projector etc. We have literary club, merakhi club, Toast-masters club etc. The sports which we have are kho-kho, basket ball, volley ball etc.

I will rate my curriculum 2.5 out of 5 stars.The syllabus covers the core subjects very well but it follows the old tradition with limited industry visits,It can be improved by adding more focusing on real world applications

Placement Experience:

From 3 -1 only students become eligible for campus placement and the companies visited for our college was Jpmorgan,google,microsoft,Infosys capgemini tcs etc.. The highest package in our college was 54 lpa from Microsoft and average packages were 5-10lpa the percentage of getting placements by students is 75% and my plans after getting the degree is to get a good placement in a MNC's.

Placement Experience:

My campus life and experience

Placement Experience:

Until know i got some info among the placements and internships is that yes, this college is providing campus placements good as some of the recent companies were Infosys, Capgemini,and other companies drive has been conducted in the college for the 4rth years. So the placements are good here no worrys too. But the LPA is less a bit like in the past years as the software industry is getting more hard to get jobs.

There are many companies costing the campus for recruitement like Accenture ,Infosys , keka , Accenture , infor etc and many other startup . They mostly consider students from Cse background but even allow others if they have skills . Accenture and cognisant will hire many students and there pay would be around 5 lakh per year for service roles . If they take for other roles then the salary is more 60-70% people get placed , some prefer doing masters even though they are placed
