Remarks

I chosen this college because it is one the few college in Tamil Nadu giving Biomedical Engineering at low cost. And this college has all necessary facilities. I want to become a scientist so I chosen this course.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is afflicated with Anna University, So we follow Anna university pattern and our regulation has many advantages and updated many subject syllabus and added recent technologies emerging in our field. All our faculties are very kind and intelligent.

Class Size: 51Course Fees: INR 160000 per year

No I haven't opted for any internship programs

Placement Experience

Placement era is good. All the students should put their efforts to get placed in the best companies they get. Every student should be hard working as all our faculties provide us all the stuff to get ready for the placement. We don't get a high package but however we get a satisfactory package depending upon the student ability.

College Events

Campus life is great here. Apart from academics, one can also indulge in extra curricular activities. There are also courses on yoga and meditation which one can enroll. Cultural and festivals happens every year. And all students involve themselves very actively.

Campus Life

My college has all necessary infrastructure and surrounded by trees with peaceful environment. Our classrooms have projectors, wifi and well maintained. We get good water facilities in each floor of building. Our Labs have lot of equipments for practicals.

Atmosphere and affordability

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester students will be eligible without any backlog. Axis bank, Deloitte, zuilka motors , Maruti Suzuki I got offer letter from 2 companies Axis Bank and zulika motors Axis Bank offered for 240000/- per annum and zulika motors offered 300000/- per annum. Then I tried outside also I got even better package 420000/- per annum at Avias india manufacturer of stainless Steel and kitchenware. So I went with Better package I went for 5 months then I resigned the job for the higher studies

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

A Comprehensive College Review

I got 143 cut-off marks which is quite eligible for the course I've choosen. Basic eligibility differs from college to college. In my college, students whomsoever got 120 cut-off marks were eligible for this course. No particular entrance exam was conducted for our batch. We just got admissions by filling application forms, paying application fees in the dates they provided in college office area. It was just a half-a-day process. I got admission via counselling so I don't undergone the reservation process like many of us. My College is perfect in the admission process. I can even tell a miraculaous thing happened to me. Initially I didn't get seat in CSE department because the seat was filled before I get into it. So I took IT department, I know it wasn't make a big difference in subjects. But after a week my college told one seat was left in CSE department finally due 2 sections. I got a second chance to grab cse department. So I'm very glad....Read More
