Remarks
Because I didn't get admission in a Govt. Medical college due to excess reservations and this is a good private medical college, being based in Mumbai and giving decent education on the selected MBBS course.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is undertaken as per the prescribed syllabus by MUHS. The educators are decent and provide acceptable facilities. The medical exposure is good as they have 2 hospitals under them. All departments are self sufficient and try to provide good education.
Placement Experience
The job opportunities are very good, but most students chose to pursue further education in the stream, so for this course, no specific placement opportunities should be considered. However, you need to appear different competitive exams to chose a stream of your choice for post grad
College Events
The yearly fest is an elaborate 20 day event, in which each quality about a student is given a chance to be presented. There are social, cultural, academic and sports events, each having a competitive nature with other institutes as well as a bonding of friendship.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel infrastructure needs to be improved and had a large scope for development. The rooms are very small, and there are 3 people per room. The facilities at the hostel aren't great either. The hostel management is kind of ignorant towards this fact.
