Remarks

This college is in my hometown and good college with package placement and good studeis,so i joined this college and currently i am doing B.tech.Campus is big and is ragging free,i would love to reccomend you all to join

Course Curriculum Overview

course is bit difficult and overall is good on the scale of 10 i will rate it 6 and faculties are good.yes mycourse is well updated and i was provied with industrial exposure and physics teacher was good as he supported me a lot

overall placement is not good,those who do internships in 3 rd year get jobs easily with good packages and those who fail to get face problem in interviews,you need to have a goo cgpa to have interview in a good company

College Events

campus life is good but the problem is i am a day scholar so i face problem in joining.many clubs are there and they acheive a lot in various competitions and college fest is organized every year and its celebrated with full joy

The placements here are quite good. Companies that hire for Electrical core: Nvidia, Texas Instruments, Qualcomm, Bajaj etc. Software/Quant compaines open to Electrical: Squarepoint Capital, NK Securities, Google, Microsoft etc. The % of students getting placed are 85%. Average package is 29.33 lpa. I have got an internship in Nvidia Software.

HBTU review from a Ist year student.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is very good in this college. In my own CSE branch there is good placement package you can get. But in this year due to recession the placements is less in IT section but still placement is going on and top package has crossed 35LPA. During previous years top package was around 44LPA and average was 10-12 LPA . Also in other branches like Chemical engineering and mechanical engineering, the placement is at its best of 100% always.
