Remarks

KITS is not that great college. If you are keen about your talent that you can get things on your own you can absolutely join this college. As whole engineering life is all about how do you live and interact people. You cannot expect any class room knowledge from lecturers. Most of them are fit for nothing.

Entrance Preview

I have competed in EAMCET and secured 15K rank. With reference from family members I have opted this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

This is typical computer science curriculum. Labs were not that great and do not have real practical experience. Not all the topics were discussed in the regular sessions. Not bothered about the real time knowledge goes with bookish stuff.

Internships Opportunities

No we do not have any internship options in this college. Stipend is a nightmare here. Here people are always looking for options to earn rather than students education.

Placement Experience

Not that great. PTO officer has to request all the alumina for any placements. Moreover the turnover rate is not good and it is resulting in the earlier organizations also not to show up.

College Events

We had some technical fests organized in this college and also actively involved in another college owned by the same management. In the 4 year course we had one occurrence of college day and it was organized well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is ok. Not that expensive.

Campus Life

Campus life is cool. No stress. We do not have any gender specific partiality. We never had any technical workshops. Extracurricular activities like sports and some competions were good and exciting. There is an indoor stadium and the PET was also good. This helped in successful sports campaigns.

Hostel Facilities

I did not stay in hostel. However some notes from my friends experience is that the food is not that good. They almost had their food outside.

External Expense: Rs. 4000 - Rs. 7000

Alumni/Alumna

They just started and need to see how is it going. We had one alumni meet recently which I could not attend due to my onsite visit will surely attend the next time.

Faculty

One or 2 professors were ok out of the 20+ lecturers I came across. They come up with some chits and write on the board and leave.

Good college with decent placements,but overhyped.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Circuulum is not so good but need to be imporoved a lot. The circulum doesn't prepare for real world job market,need to do a lot more. Ciruculum should be improved. EHave slip tests,mid exams,sens exams.

I think from 5 semister students are eligible for the campus placement . placements are quite good this year my super senior got a package of 43 lpa out side the college and average package is also good.amazon paypal and more like 50 percent of students are getting into a average package of 6 lpa .iam very interested in college placements i need to crack it

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is good as of now. But can change a little bit becuase in 4 years we will have 8 sems and 40 subjects. Subjects should be divided in such a way that it should not get burden on the students. In some sems they will just 4 or 3 subjects that will effect other sems by having 7or 8 subjects at a time. That is really tough to clear all subjects at a time that may leave pressure on the students. And another suggestion in teaching methods was therotical class and practical class has to be done parallelly because if theory classes of particular topic has been completed in this week and pratical classes of that particular topic will be executed in some other week lab sessions. That may create confusion in students and there might get forgot what they have learnt in that week. If the theory and practical classes happened parallely they will gain hands on experience on how the things will work and they can understand more better.
