Remarks

As their is no engineering college in the city,it becomes the automatic choice of many students and the university to which college is affiliated. Is same as other colleges university so this seemed better to opt for

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is not that good,nothing much can be expected from the student of college,there is no seriousness,although the teachers are good and industrial exposure provided is okay,exams are held regularly but more need of practical knowledge

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are not that bright,not much can be expected as college is not much old,so the college need to have strong reputation for companies to visit

College Events

The extracurricular activities are also good,every festival is celebrated jointly by students and teachers and various clubs are there,various competition are organised at college level like dance singing sports

The absolute truth about SIRT

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students will be getting placement notification, there is an app called pod AI to monitor your placement companies and how much you applied, and your eligibility for company, if you are from electrical branch you will recieve polycab , EXL , a1 fence , solar square . There was about 10 companies visited but absolutely 0 opportunity in IT companies if you are from electrical branch. Average branch package is 2.4 lacks per annum About 50% of students got placed My plans after degree is to go for off campus opportunity

A campus of learning, friendship and future prospects

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum followed by the college is slightly old in comparision to iits and nits but it is better than most of the remaining colleges. But the curriculum could be improved.The curriculum is based on more theoretical approach and less practical approach for some branches.The teaching methodology is good . Teachers use smart boards if they need. The frequency of the exams and msts are good but they also include demo which makes it hectic.

OCT Bhopal is outstanding!!

Placement Experience:

Highesht package so far has been of 34 lakhs per annum and average though is 6 LPA. This average is considering all departments as for pur department it is of 10 LPA. Wipro, Amazon, Tisco and Mindtree are some companies out of lets say 50 odd which shows up every year. My plan is to do an MBA program and i am preparing for CAT too.

I do not have the detailed knowledge about placements of our college but i guess 900+ companies visits yearly in our college and almost every student gets placed. Big companies and MNCs also comes in our college to hire. 90%+ students get placed. I will going to have a job after getting the degree and will not go for higher studies.
