Remarks

This university is first agriculture university.students from all over India came to this university thorough icar exam.this university is near to my home town.and the course I choose is also not my first choice but it's also one of the professional courses that why I selected this course

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is informative and more about practical knowledge.we have many ponds, aquariums all round the college for better practical knowledge.also we go for some industrial and farm visits.this course is a four year degree program.and SEM is consist of 2 internal 1 external and a lab final exam.the faculty is so so supportive and they emphasize more on practices.

Class Size: 20Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement percentage that I think is not according to reputition of college.but we have entrepreneur ship cell for contacting different organizations and companies for placement and jobs.and alumini meets are conducted all over the year for connecting us with those.

College Events

The campus life is hectic and some times boring too.as we have a tight schedule and when we are free there nothing to do as no shopping mall,no hotels,no theatre for fun.but they make the schedule tight and busy by conducting many events.there are many societies which organise different programs for developing different skills for example kisan Mela and Chetan fair

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

Placement Experience:

The placement of our college is quite good as various companies from all over the country show up at DBS for the internships and placements such as HDFC, Deloitte, Haffele, TCS etc. There are barely any student who dont get placed. As for my plans after getting my bachelor's degree is to either work for a good company if and when i get placed otherwise definitely grab the offer for the masters degree in management.

Our college has a very good placement ratio and placement also depends on the economy and industry that year and a lot lf other factor but if you have a CGPA of above 8 you are moat likely to get placed.
