I chose a small liberal arts college because I wanted a well-rounded education with the opportunity to sample courses from many different departments before I found my calling. I believe a liberal arts background is an asset in today's diverse world. I picked a small liberal arts college because I wanted smaller class sizes and the chance to establish close relationships with other students and my professors. I thrive in a collaborative environment, and I relished the opportunity to engage with other students and work together to complete projects.

The online courses now became an important part of learning for the people in India at least. People do online courses in order to increase their current skills,sometimes to get promotions,to get job and even for the sake of knowledge itself.The platforms like Ed X,Course Era,Udacity etc are attracting the knowledge seekers around the globe.Their collaboration with well known universities like MIT,Delft,Virginia,Yale,IIT's is opening a new gate way to quality education.I myself do various courses online,not only educational but related to passion also.The important fact is that most of online courses in India are taken by the graduate and post graduate students/pass outs so right now mostly the people with higher education wants to add an 'X' factor to their portfolio. Now enough of Ideal condition,some of the problem with online courses are genuine and the rest are actually the problem of the person who does it. First problem is the lack of availability of proper Internet support to the major population in the country so to think about online course,spanning to average 5 weeks is unimaginable. Second among them is students syndrome:The tendency to procrastinate the work till the deadline don come,results in half earned knowledge. Third and the last I think is lack of motivation to complete such courses because once a person gets what he/she wanted to know in the subject he/she leaves the course in between,loosing some other useful facts,which can never happen in class where final exam will cover everything no matter you like it or not. Well the solution to the last two problems are easy,be punctual be motivated and remain inspired till you don reach to the end. The first one needs a bit of support from government side,on which the brass is concerned too.Digital India is all about to increase Internets Outreach to every part of Country.I think we will be soon fine with Internet too. Then Online Courses will change the course of the education.

DXC,Deltax,Hexaware,Wipro etc. these companies are visited and 104 members are selected in my campus. There are asking Written test, Group discussions,Technical interviews which are helpful to get the job in placements

Every year College celebrates College day, Fests, Cultural,Traditional events, Management festivals. All are eagerily waiting for these days to enjoy ourselves and participate many programs on that day. It was a memorable moment to anyone.
