I also applied to Amity University, Noidafor BSc, I even got a scholarship there but then I changed my mind about the course and wanted to do BDS. I checked out UDMRI and HIDS as well but I found that Seema dental was better in terms of the infrastructure and other facilities. Admission in Seema dental college can only be through NEET exam, only the cutoff marks are needed for the admission. After the result comes out, you have to apply for the Uttarakhand NEET counselling and select the college and when you get selected you have to submit all the documents required and pay the college fees. There are only 2 dental colleges in Uttarakhand and this one is much better than UDMRI in terms of infrastructure, facilities, equipment and the faculty as well....Read More

To be very honest, there may be better colleges, but after my two months of research on more than 8 dental colleges in north India, I found that SDCH was best for me. Of course, there are many factors: The affordable fee. The fascinating and refreshing weather. The location of the college. The college has pg departments. Regular festival celebrations, Fest, Sports week, DJ nights, Etc. College is located on the bank of holy river ganga, you can witness daily sunrise through the mountains. I love the weather of Rishikesh as well as the location of college, it is located far from the city commotion. You can walk on the bank of river or jog daily or just sit there with your loved ones, you will feel fresh and fresh and fresh. Helping faculties, no compromise in study, you may have to face daily viva and questions in classroom. You can't hide yourself from the eyes of faculties (may not be good for some. Laboratories have more than enough instruments, machines. etc. The nearest market is at distance of 10 to 15 mins. Of distance – Triveni Ghat. This institution has the best faculty in terms of you say teaching, experience, helping and making your confidence reach heights. The college is situated in Rishikesh, the yoga capital of India and dentistry is a field where you have to work hard, you can't just keep on going like surgeons do who have their MBBS degree because the position in which we sit will give you spondylitis if you keep working for hours so this is a field where you have to be precise and show your skills as a Dentartist. You cannot just compare our degree to others, remember we all are where we should be. Okay coming to why I took admission in this college, I never knew I would be taking admission in this college but it was fate and it was meant to be, but now when I've passed out I feel like I had the best experience in this place. Even if you have a bad day no matter what sitting by the side of Ganga makes you calm. The view is so pleasant that all negativity is gone. This college is little bit small in terms of area but the density is enough and people are very straight forward to your face if they like you they'll love you and vice versa. I liked when I used to play football with my seniors and juniors every evening. I loved the way everyone used to stay together and United. My batch of 2014 was the best batch ever. Even though we were hard to get still we managed everything. If I were to ask that am I in contact with most of them so I would say the college gives you the best memories and it doesn't matter if you are in contact with them or not even though you hardly talk but you are somewhere connected and I would say this was the best part of my life. If you wanna join BDS and feel heartless that you have got some college and you wanted to do MBBS maybe you did not work hard so if you have found the course just utilize the possibility of becoming not only a doctor but an Engineer an Artist a Photographer a Sportsperson because we do requires all of this and I'm sure you will do wonders.
