Remarks

This is the group discussion on "Private Educational Institutions: Good or Bad". both are same so any school or college choose your depending behaviour

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus for a particular course describes the topics and concepts to be covered while preparing for the examinations for that particular course. Question paper design/format is also explained in a syllabus which lets students know about the type of questions asked and various sections employed in the exam papers.

Placement Experience

The Training and Placement Cell of the college prepares a list of companies to invite in a particular year. The Training and Placement Cell also inform their students in advance that which company is coming on that particular day.

Fees -The fee structure of the college is feasible. It costs around 70000 in for 1 year to take the admission in the college. This fee includes all the study packages as well as the classes organised by the University and Practical exams as well.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Expensive or not will vary greatly from one family to another. I will take my family and my very close friend's as an example. My family's annual income is about 21L INR. My father took a loan this year to buy an apartment and he took a loan two years back to buy a car. Annual payments to the repayment of both the loans amount to a total of 8.4L (approximately). That leaves 12.6L out of which if we deduct 6L as college fee and additional 1.6L as accommodation and every other college expense, the family is left with 4L per year for everything else (food, electricity, petrol, gas, clothes, entertainment etc). Apart from that we have total savings of about 13L. I believe that 6L per year without accommodation is a borderline expensive college for us, we can afford that college but will like to have some cheaper and equally good alternatives. On the other hand my friend's family earns 15L per year and he has two younger sisters. After deducting his and his sisters fee (including his accommodation and overhead expenses) the family would be left with around 4.4L. His father also took a loan recently for a car so that amount should also be deducted and I guess that the family of five will be left with 3.4L (approximately). Now for that family the college is really expensive. Is like my family his family consisted of only three members (including him) instead of six (including him) I would say that the college was still accessible. But right now no, unless the family decides to take a loan.

Fees and Financial Aid

No they cont give other state student only they our state who or studing in college.

Campus Life

"I am getting CSE at BITS Pilani and Exploration Geophysics at IIT Bombay. I have a high interest in Computer Science but still lets do Exploration Geophysics because after 4 years I will be a rich person."In a nutshell, Indian Students look for placement instead of interest.

Hostel Facilities

just hearing about the hostel is not good enough. you have to go see it. if possible with somebody who knows a few things about hostels and is your well-wisher.check quality of food, timings, and quality of students staying there. all 3 are equally important.secondary importance is transport and optional food facilities available in the surrounding area. or if there is a good community in the surrounding area.

Alumni/Alumna

Guidance:Alumni Network helps us get gudiance and help at the various stages during our stay in the college or after the passout from the college.Alumni is the reflection:The Alumni's work actually help us to identify the power of the college. The future options available to us

Admission

Applying to and gaining acceptance to college is an experience unlike any other for students and their families. The requirements for getting into college are numerous?from keeping grades up and writing entrance essays to taking standardized entrance exams and gathering recommendations, there are many steps to complete. Getting into a school that represents a student?s abilities and aspirations doesn?t have to feel like climbing a mountain, though. The following guide serves as an insider?s look at the entire process, offering a helpful timeline, tips on how to crush the college application, information for transfer and nontraditional students, and an interview with an expert in the field.

Faculty

3.5

Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students. In addition to using students to measure teacher performance, a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best.Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum played a big role in my decision to choose this course. What attracted me most was: The balance between core subjects and electives, which allowed flexibility. Inclusion of emerging technologies like Data Science, AI, and Cloud Computing in later semesters. Availability of practical labs and mini-projects that complement theoretical learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is robust, offering ample opportunities to enhance creativity and skills. While the teaching quality is mixed, it balances out during the overall evaluation process. Some instructors excel in their teaching methods, while others are satisfactory. Assessments are held twice per semester, with mid-term evaluations and end-of-semester examinations. However, the exam schedule can be challenging, as tests are frequently scheduled back-to-back.
