Course Curriculum Overview
Course is directly based on Mumbai University. It follows the pattern of mumbai university and examination of first year and forth year(last year) comes in mumbai univerisity checking. And second year and third comes under college checking.This was about exam and course structure.Yes it is relevant to an extent and now some syllabus are being changed by university for better prospect and making it more fair and being updated according to the requirements of the students.
Placement Experience
Placement is getting better and better year by year as a first year student i can say some of the students have marked their name in big companies from our college. One of the student of our college got job in Goggle Uk for more than 1 Cr. So it was a good achievement. And by the time of 3-5 years placement will be on peak as % of companies placing students from our college is getting better.
College Events
Regarding fest and celebration our college is busy. not quite much but yes like annual days, navratri, dance and singing are common but technical events like blind coding, hacking, programming competition and many more. I am pretty much active student so i know about events as i have almost participated in almost every events specially sports. Indoor and outdoor university level competition. and also quiz competition. i was also involved in all india hackaton. had an amazing experience in art festival too.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure compared to other colleges in mumbai is little high. But i guess private colleges have almost similar fees.So i can say almost same as other private college in mumbai.The thing is they already fixed the fees no matter which branch you choose because first is same in all branches and then in second year you can change
Fees and Financial Aid
No i haven't opted for any education loan.but few of my friends opted for it.so i don't know much about it.
Campus Life
Campus life is quite good actually fun also.as most of the teachers are friendly also so it feels good to interact with them.Gender ratio is an important point i want to say its more or less similar in all colleges. depending on streams gender ratio you can guess. like for example in mechanical my branch only 4 females are there and in. IT and CS department more females are there. whereas in Civil department no females are there so depending on streams everyone chooses.Extracurricular activities like debates are held but to an extent not much but robotics competition are held regularly. on a national level. students and faculties from IIT bombay and other NIT students participate together with us. It is very much useful for everyone as it helps to learn new things from everyone.
Hostel Facilities
No i haven't opted for hostel.because i am used to travel by public transport like train, bus and rickshaw. even though it is little time consuming. And our college don't provide hostel facility also.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, most of them give their views regarding placement. few of them will tell you about faculties and rest regarding learning. Quite positive review but our college is young as compared to other colleges so we can understand it will take time from every prospects. Their reviews are helpful regarding exams.
Admission
I got admission in college through entrance exam Jee mains score and on the basis of MHT cet score combined.There were various streams options like computer science, information technology, electronics, electronics and communication and civil. But I opt for Mechanical engineering since i have a lot of interest in machines and engines.
Faculty
The faculties in my college are pretty much decent. they don't seem to be tired while teaching some of them deserves more appreciation for giving extra time to students for better results. Well some are lazy too but i hope nothing in this world can't be perfect.
