Remarks

I got selected here by the counselling process adopted by both the Agriculture Universities of M.P. (JNKVV and RSKVV). Counselling is a secondary part of Pre Agriculture Test (P.A.T.). We have to choose the sequence of desired colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is recently updated by ICAR when B.Sc. Agriculture got recognition as a professional degree by Govt.The course/syllabus is same for each student of B.Sc. Agriculture irrespective of the state and University.Faculties are really awesome, college being new, the batch size is not high so we get opportunity to interact with the professors. Professors are really supportive.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 56000 per year

Internships Opportunities

We have to work at any Krish Vivyan Kendra for 6 months as a internship, where students are allotted with a farmer and a village and he/she has to learn agriculture from that farmer and village at the same time he/she has to forward the knowledge to Farmers which she has.

Placement Experience

No placement from the college, and job opportunities are mainly in the private Agricultural chemical companies or government jobs related to Agricultural offices of government. Same as other degree programs b.sc. Agriculture is also deprived of jobs.

College Events

As I mentioned above, the campus is new and extracurriculars are not that much sound at the campus, once the campus is ready (within 2 years) it will be one of the best campus in M.P. For cultural and sports activities students go to University campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any scholarship but yes students do get scholarships as of the rules of government of India. No education or other type of loan is provided. The scholarship for OBC is nearly 17000 per year.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is the saddest part of this campus because it us not a old campus, so the campus infrastructure is being developed and it'll be completed within 2 years. As of now, the library and laboratory, sports and cultural facilities are not very sound.

Hostel Facilities

No, hostel facility is poor as of now, and there is no hostel for girls now.But students (both girls and boys) will have good quality hostels from this year. New Hostel buildings are completed now and will be available from this year.

The placment opportunites at VIT bhopal are quite good as the university has a dedicated placment , the student are eligible in campus placment in last year of programme completion vit offers campus placment across differnt sectors such as sales, finance, managment and companies such as TCS,infosys, Wipro,HDFC bank, ICICI bank etc , the highest package offered to student are 10-12 LPA and Average package of 4-6 LPA depending on the company role offered

Placement Experience:

After 3rd year onwards I think the students are eligible for campus placements. And till now around 90 companies have visited this campus and highest package till now is 70 LPA and average package is 7 LPA. Around 1500 students every year get placed from this campus. And my plans after the degree is either landing in a high paying job or staring with my own startup.

About placement, I would say companies used to visit. If a person is serious and want to grow then he has the opportunity to face the FAAN companies only if he has scored the gpa above 9 in whole 8 semsters.

In my collge Students typically become eligible to participate in campus recruitment drives from the 7th Semester(start of the 4th year).However , the collge starts preparation much earlier through Campus Recruitment Training(CRT) and soft skills classes, which often begin as early as the 1st and 2nd emester to ensure students are industry-ready. Total Offers:For the 2024-2025 cycle,the institute reported over 300 to 450+ offers across various branches. Key Companies: IT/Software:TCS(Top recruiter), Infosys , Wipro , Capgemini , Cognizant ,HCL , Accenture, Cisco , Tech Mahindra Netlink ,Jaro education , Logical Softtech , KD provission , Kadel labs , Blueflames and many more. Total Companies Visited: Over 200+ companies (including 150+ core companies). The salary trends vary significantly between on-campus mass recruitment and off-campus offers. Verage package 5.0 - 9.0 LPA. Approximately 75% to 84% of eligible students get placed.The CSE and IT branches see the highest success rates(often 80%+), while core branches like Mechanical and Civil focuses more on the core companies placements. I got an offer at cognizant during my college so currently I am not looking for the higher studies.

Placement Experience:

The placement procedure in PIMR is effective and good. The institute placement cell lays great emphasis on the overall placement process and inviting companies in the college. The students are eligible to sit at placements from 3rd semester. There is rarely any company that visited the institute and haven't made any offer to the students. The highest package offered this year is of 20LPA, with average package being almost 5LPA. Almost 80% of the tsudents were able to secure offer letters at the end of their degree.

I gave exam for government college but I couldn't make it and also I didn't want to leave my city for my further studies becouse of my financial problems and this college provided me everything for my good studies in area so I thought why should I move to other city if I have this education facility near me so tool admission there. I choose and i regret

As I say why I choose this college over the other colleges applied because there is no good college in my town I think this is a good college and the teaching is very good but when I at when I took admission after I realise that there is no good teachers and there is skills to how to teach us students and how to train and placement training and placement. Worth Experiencing

I applied for the entrance exam which was NEET. Successfully, I cleared it and then applied to several universities through online procedure wherein my merit scores was obtained based on higher secondary, NEET, and GUJCET exam. The merit score was obtained after verifying all my documents and academics. Through these scores, the merit was generated on the based All India Rank and then through this several university options were available across India. My merit scores were pretty good that's why I was competent enough to secure my seat in the Government Quota which was the best part of my life.
