Remarks

Placement in this college are amazing. As its only girls college its open for new experiences for girls. Different councils help in growing the personality. Many activities are held by different councils. And each student will learn leadership qualities.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty here are very narrow minded. Only a few are good. Many teachers hold grudges and then trouble students. They make students struggle a lot. Teachers only like the students who only follow them. No one stands up for themselves because of the fear of teachers

For ENC students placement are very less. Only 4-5 companies come for recruitment. Alumni yeach us several things

College Events

My campus life was quite good I can say. I participated in almost everything in first year. But then it did not amazed me the following years. Same games, same activities. There's is no proper arrangement of anything and even college does not help in anything

No i don't have any idea about this. I did not avail any scholarship. If i would have known any of this, i would have applied

Campus Life

It's infrastructure is average. It has No wifi, no sports facilities. Library is good and big in size. Lab equipments are mostly broken or does not work properly. No value is given for sports. I envy other colleges

Hostel Facilities

I dont know anything about this. I have not applied for hostel. But according to my friends there the food is not at all good. Even the warden who was their earlier harassed them a lot. Now she has been removed. Rooms are very small

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

For campus placement students from 3rd year for my course are eligible. Highest package for my course is 3 LPA. Companies like oberois , hyatt etc . If I'll get better placements then I'll go for it otherwise I'll do masters.

Placement cell is quite good. Students are eligible for placement in their last semester of course. There are many great companies that come like JP MORGAN, EY, KPMG. Average package of the college is 5-6 lacs but there are high packages according to the skills of the student. I'd like to go for master's after BMS. Different kind of roles are there for students to apply according to their interests in all the fields like finance, marketing, HR, consulting. There is training provided by the college for placemens and there is personal training for individual company interviews if required by students.

Placement Experience:

Tata Group, Reliance Group, Aditya Birla Group and some other niche names from corporate are the ones who come for placements at law college. Since every year 300 students pass out and 150-175 of them get jobs from the college placement and the average salary offered is around 6-7 lakhs. Highest though last year was of 20LPA.

LIFE AT USHA MITTAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.

i applied in difffrent colleges like ST. Francis college of engineering, borivali , Atharva college of engineering , malad etc. I didnt make it there as being a student belonging to the open category the cutoff for my desired branch was a bit higher whereas my college provided me with an opportunity to be eligibible for my desired branch.
