Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum was as per the University of Madras. The curriculum was divided into semesters. We had to appear for the semester-based examination. The curriculum had separate practical and theory portions.

Placement Experience

Our college has a full-fledged training and placement cell which invites firms to hire students from our college. About 30 per cent of the students get placed even before their graduation gets completed. Companies like HDFC, Times of India, Accenture and Axis bank come to hire the students from our college.

College Events

Our college organises several cultural and education programmes. Our college hosts 20-20 intercollegiate cricket match every year. Book exhibitions are also organised on important days like teacher's day, management festival etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is affordable. The fee is quite low as compared to other colleges offering the same course. The fee for my course is around 30,000 per year which is not a big amount. Middle-class students can easily afford the fees.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of our college is quite amazing. Our college boasts of having all the modern basic luxuries. Our college has a separate ground for cricket, football, handball and athletics. There is a modern digital library with hard copies of books and also has access to e-resources. There are seminar halls and lecture halls where workshops are conducted.

Admission

The admission process was based on merit in class 12. The process began after the declaration of boards result. Meritorious students were granted admissions while for the others, the department prepared a suggestion list of ranking.

Faculty

The college faculty is well educated and professionally trained. Some of them have several years of experience in teaching. They guided us through our entire journey. They were kind and cooperative with us.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the southern indian most famous chemical company is there in our circle and other chemicals companies are there. other then this reason I like the chemistry subject and exciting to learn. In our chemistry department teacher give good preparation for the semester exams. My point of view the exams are easy to write excepting only few subjects.

Suppose if you didn't place on any companies college will provide you a great working opportunity in academic campus that is great average package in this college placement is a three lpa that's more enough for an bachelor student but the higher package of this college in arts and science is 15 to 20 for engineering is 58 this is the highest package in Coimbatore

Is VIT worth it

Placement Experience:

Placements in VIT UNIVERSITY is very good the average package is 8 lakhs and the Highest may go upto 1 crore every year.There is a separate placement cell in VIT chennai and they give you placement training from start of the third year. Many multinational companies like google, microsoft etc comes to VIT to pick students for their company. Almost 98 percent of the students gets places in VIT. After my degree I choose to sit for placements.

Great computer labs and teachers
