Entrance Preview

Entrance is done according to the exam conducted by uttar pradesh technical univerisity called as UPSEE. For cs branch one shoukd have very good rank like under 5000.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum comprises four years of course. Every year one student is alloted 10 subjects. Relatice marking is done in every subject by the faculty on a scale of 10. We get spi in per semester and CPI in year which is average of SPI of both semesters.

Internships Opportunities

No internship is offered in college for b tech students however we go outsude companies and colleges for inemternships and stipend . Because it is compulsory compulsary ruke that every B.tech has to get internship to complete B.tech course otherwise degree is not alloted. However phd scholar are here in college they get stipened.

Placement Experience

Students rarely take placements being in a govt. College with least fees students prefer to go for govt jobs or for higher studies. However some students do go for placements infosys, tech mahindra, HCL visit campus with package of around 3 lac -4lacs.

This is college with least fees for b tech in uttar pradesh. Fees is 53k per year and 20k per year for hostel.

Campus is as same as iits. Techmart is organised every year in which robowar ,rocketwar ,archery,lan gaming,complexomania,chemwizz and dozens of events by each department are organised. Some are also quiz and debate related.

Exam Structure

Labs and exams are very frrquent. The college in exam and syllabus structure is xerox copy of IIT kanpur.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is well structured and keep up with the evolving trends of industry. It balance Theoretical and knowledge and practical application, helping students build a strong foundation in core subjects like programming mathematics and engineering fundamentals. The curriculum Includ Laboratory session Projects and tutorials that enhance understanding beyond the textbooks It also allows students to choose elective in later semester which adds flexibility and depth to learn. In terms of revevance, most subjects are designed to align with current industry requirements especially in field like computer science and electronics the inclusion of emerging technologies such as ai data science and web development makes it quite comprehensive. However a few areas could be improved such as integrating more industry based project and updating some older Syllabus to match modern tools and frameworks. Overall the curriculum is relevant ,comprehensive and career-oriented providing a solid base for both higher studies and professional development.

Unfiltered review and reality of My College

Course Curriculum Overview:

This criteria for choosing the college was because of placements. The curriculum Is outdated and not as per the industry requirements. In 1st year we are taught only one language and which is of no use.... That is C. But in other universities, students are taught languages like java, C++, python in their 1st year. Teachers are good. I have no issues with them but I have issues with its curriculum. Exam are taken so much which are according to me good as they prepare as for university exams but as I consider placement point of view so students do not have enough time to prepare for their placements, learning new skills as we are supposed to study for exams otherwise we will have to attend extra exams and classes and will lose internal marks. So having many exams have both benefits and drawbacks.
