Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is really good for the MS course. The course is very vast and there are lots of subjects and other things to study. There is plenty of lab work to do as well, and there is a lot of emphasis on research.

Placement Experience

Anna University of Technology has several different well known recruiters hiring from the college including Axis Bank, ICICI, Google etc. There is almost 70% placement and the college and good packages are available.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite okay for the course and is comparable to most universities. The fee varies from course to course and the fees per academic year is Rs. 26,850 so the total fees comes to Rs. 53,700.

Campus Life

The labs in Anna University of Technology are really excellent and there are all the necessary equipment. The college has active NSS and NCC units as well and they are always organizing various events and donation drives.

Admission

The admission process is online. You have to go to the official website of the college and fill the admission form. To secure admission you have to score well in TANCET, which is the entrance exam held by Anna University of Technology.

Faculty

The faculty of Anna University of Technology is very well qualified and they are all really good at teaching. They have different modes of teaching, like lectures, PPT's, presentations, projects etc. They always have interesting lectures.

My College Experience

Placement Experience:

From 6th sem onwards students are eligible to attend the placement drives. companies like Amazon , tcs , Accenture, cognizant, sonacomstar, nissiki, valeo, Cap Gemini visit the campus. The highest package offered was 41LPA by Amazon and average package was 4LPA.

Placement Experience:

There is many opportunities given by the collage placement they give training. For placenta and they have some fees structure for placement and that I have paid 2 times 12500 for placement training there are no of opportunities and many companies give good offers for students.

Getting into my college days again

Social work department is always different from others. We have too many conferences, different types of sessions which is relevant and useful for our career, guest lectures and so on. Placement Experience:

The placements of the college are very good. The studentrs are given oppertuties and are given chances for comapnies such as amazon, Wipro, JP morgan and such that have a great CTC and a large number of other companies including startups are also available. If the student is interested in entrepernership then the startup cell funds for the ideas of students. There is a seperate higher studies cell for students who want to pursue their higher studies and are given guidance to what steps are to be taken by educational fairs and such

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courses are well structured and interesting espcially the social psychology and basic psychology papers. in a semester there are 2 internal exams and they will be at least a month apart from each other. as long as you study your course materials, the exams are pretty easy however otherwise it might be a tough one. the courses are well structured espcially the social and basic psychology. and in some semesters, there will be a reading period where students are encourged to go and read in the Library.. The Curriculum served as a base for Internships and basic understanding but it is required to do masters to get a job in psychology filed

Not a topper but a good learner

Placement Experience:

In my department, placement will provide in the final year. In pre final year they provide internship training to the students. Nearly 10 to 15 companies gives placement in the core sector. It's packages are 25k average. For non core like IT, minimum of 20 to 40 companies will visit to the campus for placement. It's average package will be 35 to 45k.

I found the application form is Government related institute and the fees payment of form is various types of caste certificate like it just higher from minority community comparing with major community. Admission process only depends on counselling method which is belonging to 12th standard cutoff and it will be taken of Maths, Physics and Chemistry course students.
