Remarks
The college has an exceptional faculty and the course structure is one the best in India in this particular field. Great Learning has a friendly environment around campus. Their is lack of culture at Great Learning which is the only thing that needs to be improve.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum includes some popular programming languages and their detailed theoretical knowledge as well as practicals and coding sessions. The exams are conducted twice in a year and the last year also includes an internship to give us industrial exposure.
Placement Experience
The placement cell at Great Learning is very good at their jobs and have a good placement percentage. The final semester also includes a mandatory internship which usually has a good stipend. Many students and alumni from Great Learning have secured high profile jobs with good salary.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fee for the course is about 6 lakhs which has to be paid in 4 installments. The admission fee costs 50 thousand and semester fees is 1.5 lakhs respectively. The fee structure is a bit expensive and intangible.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities at Great Learning are not sufficiently good. The only slight drawback at Great Learning is it's lack of participation in sports and cultural fests. There are annual events organized which are very good and fun.
Admission
I chose this college over others because M.tech from Great learning is ranked number 1 among colleges in India and is very highly reputed. It has great tie ups with international colleges as well which helps us getting the international exposure. The admission requires filling out a form and appearing for the admission test and scoring above the minimum eligibility criteria.
Faculty
The faculty consists of exceptional individuals who have a great educational background and have completed their studies from many world class international colleges. The average professor at Great Learning has a PhD and they have a hard working personality and they always help us in every problems.
