Remarks

WWI is the place to be if you want to pursue your career in any creative field. I learned so much here in these two years. I gained a lot opportunity post completion of the course because of the college's reputation.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very well designed and planned. The students have the option of choosing their specialisations. The course intends to make students complete filmmaking professionals through not only theoretical learnings but also practical approaches like interaction with industry professionals and film screenings.

Placement Experience

4.5

The college gives intership opportunities to all the students. The placement cell is really good. The students get opportunities to work in various production houses in different roles according to their specialisations.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees for the course is Rs 19 lakhs. This is taken over the two years of the course. This is slightly expensive. But the experience is unmatched in this college. You get so much exposure and opportunities during and after completing the course.

Campus Life

The college campus is an amazing place and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. There are many sports facilties in the campus and many cultural events are organised almost every month by the students.

Admission

The college requires the candidates to have completed 10+2 from a recognised board. Then there is an entrance exam which comprises of general ability test and creative ability test. Then the students undergo a personal interview where they also present their statement of purpose(SOP).

Faculty

4.5

The faculty is top class. Most of the members of the faculty are people who have worked in Bollywood or are still working there. They are very knowledgeable and approachable at the same time which is really helpful.

Placement Experience:

Placements start from final year. Students become eligible in 7th sem. Training sessions begin earlier. Aptitude and coding practice provided. Mock interviews are also conducted. Preparation quality depends on effort. Many service based firms visit. Some product companies also come. Roles include developer and analyst. Support and testing roles common. Core jobs limited for some branches. Multiple offers for top performers. Average package is moderate level. Top packages go to few students. Around half students get placed. Others find off campus jobs. Internships improve placement chances. My plan is skill based job.
