Remarks

I had joined this institute against the wishes of my parents, and I am glad I did. The university taught me great lessons in professional ethics and competitiveness that I would not have learned elsewhere. And though the college life is very hectic and punishing sometimes, I am really grateful for the experience.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is divided into four semesters, with a compulsory summer internship program. There are compulsory papers in microeconomics, macroeconomics, growth and development economics, mathematical economics, statistics, econometrics, and a range of electives to choose from. At the end of each semester, evaluation is made on the basis of written test, and assignments and practical projects submitted throughout the semester.

Placement Experience

4

The university has a CDC (Career Development Cell), which grooms the students for internships and full time jobs, and also facilitates campus placements and interviews. The placements are good, and there is a lot of preparation for them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tuition fee was around three lacs per annum, which is on the higher side, especially compared to other colleges and universities. But then again, this is not the typical academic course but a professional course, so this is to be expected.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is impressive and well functioning. There are a lot of clubs and societies to choose from, and there are regular seminars and workshops. There is a four-week student exchange program. The campus life is busy and satisfying, and there are next to no prejudices.

Admission

The admission process is similar to that of foreign universities. I filled up the online application form, along with the required documents, and a statement of purpose. This was followed by a personal interview, and I was then admitted for the course.

Faculty

4

The faculty is qualified, well-trained and dedicated. Their main focus is on imparting practical skills along with the academic knowledge of the discipline. We were taught using a variety of teaching strategies, and there were regular guest lectures and seminars.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this course because it was completely my choice and also i have a great interest in the chemistry. This course prepares me to deal with the medicines and will give me great opportunities. The teaching methods can be improved by teaching with showing diagrams during theory class. The exams time which is 3 hours is sufficient according to exam difficulty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like the business and finance so that's why i choose this field. Somehow this curriculum doesn't prepare me fully for real world but accounting is prepared me for industrial work. In that course college should visit student to company for gaining practical knowledge. Exams is on semester basis or after 5 to 6 months when syllabus of particular semester completed. It is difficult but not like that someone who study got fail.

So the internship starts from the very 1st semester and that's great because from the very 1st semester you start building contacts from different companies and that would definitely help you in placements but the placements actually starts from 5th semester. And if you're good enough then you can also get pre placement offers as well Companies visited are Pantaloons ,SPAR Hypermarket, Reliance Retail Ltd,Delhi Duty Free Services,Om logistics, Safe Express, Shopper's Stop.etc. Average package offered is 3 lpa to 4 lpa 90% of students get placed
