Course curriculum of Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences is totally as that of other Medical colleges,the refrence of the course is taken from that of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. Exams are held four times a year and twice a semester as internals and the external ones,along with that of the practical knowledge too.

Placements are really good for Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences for Master of Surgery(Orthopedic). Students are prepared for the internships and are alloted to work in the medical environment. With all the aspects of the surgery taught to the students, stipend provided to them is really good.

Faculty
Faculty of the college is really well experienced in the medical field for around 30+ years. They are really supportive in the matter of teaching students with every possible way they can. They are totally into making students aware of the medical field.
