Course Curriculum Overview

There are internal examinations and practices conducted by CDIC every six months before undergoing semester end exams conducted by GGCIP University. CDIC follows the course syllabus prescribed by GGCIP University. Overall it is very comprehensive and it seems to me that it has every aspect of a computer application that needs to know to enter the IT industry.

Placement Experience

Yes. CDAC was able to give me an internship at one of the Startups (IT Presents), where I got a stipend of Rs 5,000, which was very good compared to the period when the markets were not working well and fever students were getting an internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for the CDAC are administered by GGSIP University. There are 3 fee structures, namely, Sea Seater Seats, Paid Seats and NRI Seats. 22500 per annum for seat students. 75,000 per year for paid seat students. 150000 per year for NRI students.

Campus Life

CDAC is used to host many competitive events internally and to provide opportunities for attending inter-college events hosted by the University of GGSIP. Techrity is one of the annual events hosted by the CDAC, where we host programming competitions, CUI / GUI programming and cultural events each year.

Admission

I took the GGCPU MCA Admission Test - 2000 and am 87th in the MCA syllabus. In counseling at the time, I had many options like DIAS and JIMS, but I chose CDAC (formerly ER & DCI, Noida) because of past reputation and excellent laboratory facilities.

Faculty

The faculty at the CDAC are very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. In fact, CDIC has a software development center in Noida and has experienced professionals from the development center to teach many things

The best decision of mine to take admission in rkgit

Likes

All the teachers are highly qualified mostly from IIT and NIT
In the first year the infrastructure is amazing
The teachers are always concerned about the students but their marks Academics and their issues

Dislikes

There is nothing to be disliked everything is going well..

Placement Experience:

The College placements are very awesome like the last year the higher package was 34 lakhs and the average pockets is 5 lakh per annum and 300 + company is a visiting every year and students are getting place in good companies..

Placement is present it depends on the students if a student is capable the college provides 40 to 50 percent students get placed in the companies highest according to me was 35 as I don't no very much whats the highest package avg package is of 7 lpa and min package is 3.5 lpa

Likes

I like my course as it is not available in many colleges in India yet. And the labs and practical conducted by our faculty.
Faculty is friendly and helpful when help is needed and college enroll us in important courses
Habit of enrolling us in intership programs from second year online or offline, so we have a habit of it.

Dislikes

Hostel food are terrible some days and the washroom are dirty .
Restrictions to girls in hostel as girls can't roam in the college hostel after 7pm but boys can roam in the college whole night . Also girls have to get output to go outside but boys doesn't need it.
Buildings are all in a small area , looks more like a school than a college and we have no sitting are in the canteen so we have to sit in the class even in the break hours.

Placement Experience:

Placement of NIET is nice with approx 70% students are getting placed also this year until now 4 students are placed with 40lpa . Companies like infosys, Capgemini, GoDaddy and many more visit the college. Our highest package is 53lpa and average is 6 to 7 lakhs with minimum 4 lakhs. Currently my first goal is getting placed in cyber security domain.

Perfect review for a tier 3 college

Likes

The first year faculties are very supportive, in every aspect and terms they help a lot.
They provide equal opportunities in other field as well like games, hackathons, tournaments, etc.

Dislikes

There are very less number of events organised periodically.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards, students are eligible for the campus placements. All the big companies visit our college like microsoft, amazon, google, accenture, ibm, etc. Percentage of students getting placed is 98%. If a student doesn't gets places either he goes to further studies or for startups.

iiit lucknow

Likes

one of the best things about iiit Lucknow is the senior junior culture senior 8 January approachable and helpful
IIIT Lucknow has developed are reputation for its coding culture competitive programming open source project and hackettrons are deeply immediate
another unique aspect is the gender ratio which is the round one girl for every 2.5 poise compared to take institute is relatively balanced and healthy

Dislikes

compare to other reputed College Lucknow does not have very vibrant fest culture there are fewer culture music
hostel life has its advantages but the dormitories system from 2nd year onward is a big negative for many living with 8 to 12 student
most of faculty members simply come to class 11 lecture and their leave without much interest in melting student or classifying doubts

Placement Experience:

student are eligible for internship from second year and for job placement i think its from 3rd year highest is 1.45crpa avg 33lpa median is 26lpa this year around 201 from 209 get placement to that make around 96 %

College is best for studies and fees affordability, but not for cultural activities.

Likes

The fees of college is very affordable to those students who can't afford the high fees of other college.
The faculties of this college is very supportive and having high academic records i.e. PhD. The faculties have give more efforts to those students who does not have clear basics of their field.
The college provide all labs facilities and Library also, and perform all the activities that give a boost idea to students.

Dislikes

There is striction to leave any classes or go to your own home. Hardly they give leave to students.
The College library opens from 9 am to 4.30 pm and the classes running time is 9 am to 4 pm. If you want to learn in library you won't because the timing is fixed.
There is less cultural activities happens. The one happens that is Rhythm Divine per year.

Placement Experience:

From 7th or 8th semester students are eligible for Campus Placement. IT Companies: Amazon, Cisco, Infosys, HCL, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Genpact, Hexaview, Meditab. Non-IT Companies: TATA Steel, Samsung, Sony India, Coca-cola, IndiaMart, Apollo, Xerox, Organic India, Daffodil, Axis Bank, Piramal Group, Walmart, Siemens. Other Notable Recruiters: Birlasoft, CronJ, Anglo-Eastern, LANCO, GSG. Almost 85 to 90% get placed. My plans should be opt for Mtech.

Likes

I like there teachers teaching methods and their dedication about their responsibility
I like there teachers behaviour if you can't understand what they teaches you can ask again and they will again explain you with patience
I like there laboratory where I derive conclusions by myself

Dislikes

I don't like there one aged teachers behaviour which belong to physics faculty
I don't like there lover point where students sit all day with their girls or boys
I don't like there security guards duties they did not ven check that who is entering in the college

I am influenced by my family because they like ecc college and they want that I complete my graduation from there and got good knowledge and according to me there is no improvement neended because in every college there should be an open invironment for students where they feel free and do what they want

Events are organized by student, with student contribution and for students
The faculty is average in teaching but wonderful in terms of personality.
A lot of labs to work in and Ac class rooms.

Dislikes

Faculty does not inform things properly.
No intercollege events, or certifications or trips.
The classes are scheduled from 9 30 to 4 30 everyday.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is pretty average, students become eligible in the 8th semester. Many renowned companies come for placement like adidas, bata, da milano, mr diy, hidesign, homecentre etc Avg packages vary, as of past 2 years its 8 LPA , highest goes up to 12 to 14 LPA. Placement rate is around 90% After degree i plan to sit in placement and then go for masters.

The campus Is not so large, but still well equipped with all that you need for Studios Library lecture halls
They also have an activity centre, badminton court, table, tennis tables, and a small ground which we play volleyball, Cric

The campus is very And sometimes feels it is too small
The workload, you have to do a lot of work in architecture

The curriculum mainly focuses on the architectural aspects. They organised yearly trip for bates to visit and see some architecture sites by their self and also the faculty asked students to visit some local sites.

Nice college for the greenery in campus and some faculty is so good and cooperative with students.

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is too good.
The canteen where we all students can sit and enjoy our meals.
The teachers who taught us very well about the related subjects.

Dislikes

Less functions in the college in night so the students can enjoy.
More assignments are given by the teachers.
There is 25 rupee fine on having absent in the college for day.

Placement Experience:

I have availed the yearly course so in 3rd year I am eligible for the campus placement. The companies came are just dial , utkarsh bank , icici bank , tech mahindra, etc. came for the placement. The highest package is of 5 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum .

Is cdac worth joining?

Admission process was tough . To get addmission in MCA in C-dac you have to clear nimcet (NIT MCA Common Entrance Test)and have to get a good rank. NIMCET exam is not easy to clear , its a national level test, you can get more information on www.nimcet.com. Eligibility :: BCA / Bsc (Computer science, Mathematics, Electronics) or B.Tech (Computer science) . Application Fees :: 2-3K its keep increasing every year. Application Date :: Due to covid pendamic, keep track on website because application and exam date will keep shifting (www.nimcet.com). CDAC Noida honest review

I gave the NIMCET examination to get an admission in CDAC noida. The application form can be found on the website of ggsipu, application fees is paid once you get to sit for councelling which is refundable. Once you get a college in a particular round and you skip admission and go for further rounds of councelling it is not necessary that you'll get the same college again. To avail a college you have to take admission and pay the fees. But you can't sit in any further councelling rounds. One thing that I'd change is ip University only take admissions based on the NIMCET rank so they should not take their own entrance exam which is ipu CET. The students who don't appear for NIMCET and give the latter only find it very difficult to get a good college....Read More

Best Institute for Getting Core Practical Knowledge in Embedded Systems

You've to give an entrance exam name C-CAT. according to those All India Ranking you can go for councelling, and choose any CDAC Institute based on your ranking. The course is awesome, You'll mostly get hands on experience on Embedded Systems & Design. You'll get the opportunity to study with great minds. and you'll get the opportunity to learn from some CDAC R&D scientist who is working for CDAC R&D. The course duration is 7 months. You'll be having 9-12 modules based on the course. and every modules will be having 2 lab exams and one MCQ Exams. After that there would be a final project you have to build based on all the modules. You'll get approx 1month to complete it and showcase your project. that project marks will also be included on the marksheet. I would highly recommend the course as they also provide on campus placement to core embedded companies and Package range depends from 5LPA to 18LPA.
