Best memories of my college

Minimum 75% attendance was compulsory in the course to attend the semester exam. The course helped the students to gain technical knowledge in the field of computer applications. so, that students could create and design the software as per the industrial demands. the course had a two year duration time which included computer lab practicals to gain internal marks.

Placement programmes were very good, I got my first job at the time of placement in Cognizant Technology Solutions. The interviews were taken at the time of placement, the recruiter first took the face to face interview, General aptitude test and speaking skills. Many of friends got placement opportunities in Tata Consultancy Services and Cisco with a good package.

Fees were feasible but I was not able to pay the fees because of my family background. So, the college arranged a scholarship for me. the scholarship included all my admission fees, books & stationery fees, library fees, computer practical fees and hostel fees. My other friends who were capable to pay the fees they paid approx INR 48,960 for one year.

In our college we had events like annual functions, fresher party, convocation day and cultural programmes like Diwali, Holi, Janmashtami, Garbha and Lohri. To encourage the student's ability programmes like Youth Red Cross (YRC), National service scheme(NSS), National Sports Organization(NSO) and National Cadet Corps (NCC) were provided by the college. The college had an anti-ragging cell, Women empowerment cell, Sc/St cell, Innovation cell and social media cell. Any student could get a hostel facility for both the genders with mess facility.

Admission procedure was simply a student had to qualify for the entrance exam which was conducted by the college. I had completed my undergraduate in BCA. so the entrance exam was easy for me, after getting good marks, my name was written in the first merit list. then I went to the admission staff and showed my original document and got the admission.

I miss my faculty teachers specially Mrs.N.Raja Rajeswari, Mrs.Vinolia Anandan, Mr.M.Sankaran, Mrs.A.Alagu Meena and Mrs.S.Nagammal. They were the best teachers of my time and always motivated to reach the goals. They were very supported and always provided us with assignment and notes to gain a piece of good knowledge in the course. They gave us extra classes at the time of examination.
