Acquired a lot of knowledge from the university

College provides all first class facilities. It has a modern digital library which is very much commendable. In the university campus, in order to acquaint students with various herbal drugs the Department has preserved medicinal plants in decorative pots. We have herbal drug name in our syllabus as we see daily no need to memorize the names. Management is very supportive and responsible in their duties.

The course curriculum is very interesting and the faculty make sure to complete the portions on time. The exams are conducted as scheduled; there is never a delay in the conduction of the final exams. The course mainly covers study about many medicines and drugs. The course curriculum brings lot of job opportunity. Exams are conducted semester wise and two internal exams are conducted and its marks are added to the final exam marks.

We have a dedicated placement team, which struggles and works really hard to bring companies for on campus recruitment of the students. The year I joined around 70% of my seniors got placed others went on with higher studies. The salary package offered was very good. We are also provided internship in the 3rd year in companies such as Ranbaxy, Novo Nordics etc.

The total fee for my course is 1.8 lakhs which is not very cheap, but when we look into the class one facility provided, we feel the fees is not that expensive. We need not pay any addition fee apart from this amount. All the amenities provided by the university can be enjoyed in this onetime fee.

Importance is provided to both academics and sports. The library facility is advanced with resources available in CD ROMS. Online database is available to avail students with study materials easily. The campus also includes practical labs, boy?s hostel, girl?s hostel, auditorium and many more facilities. A separate ladies room is provided where ladies can go and refresh themselves comfortably.

I was a hostel resident. I was happy with all the facilities provided. It is very safe for a girl to stay in hostel. Food provided is very delicious and they serve both veg and non veg with hygiene. Water flow was intact and all the facilities and students responsibility was taken care by our warden. Security was tight in hostel no fear of any illegal activities. We have in house laundry facilities and bus service from hostel to college. the hostel has a library too with all books required and a TV room where students enjoy watching movies during holidays.

It is a 4 year course which is segregated into 8 semesters. For being eligible to apply, the candidate must have passed class 12th with subjects English, physics, chemistry, and biology/Maths. If the student is a lateral entry then he may have passed diploma in pharmacy with 45% marks. The total number of seats for Bachelor in pharmacy is 100. The application process is made only offline. The form can be either downloaded from the website. Once we download the form, the form has to be filled with all the asked information correctly and sent by post to the college admission department. If the candidate qualifies the asked eligibility criteria then will be called for seat allotment based on the merit list.

The entire members of faculty work as a team. All my faculties are highly educated with many having doctorate in pharmacy. I am proud to be a student of such an institute where teachers are the role models of the students. Teachers are very supporting and help us in our academics. There is no differentiation made between the students, and moreover weak students are provided special attention.
