Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is designed for five years. It has incorporated various subjects related to legal studies and Arts stream. It helps us to gain knowledge and enhance our skills time to time as required.

Placement Experience

The college has a placement cell where students can get enrolled themselves for obtaining employment. This helps them to polish their skills. The students gets placed in a law firm or even in private companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I have paid the total amount of ? 3,94,000. An amount of ?93,500 can be paid in the first year. The remaining amount can be paid in the rest of the years. It is a feasible fee structure and I didn?t face difficulty in making payment.

Campus Life

The college encourages to actively take part in activities like quiz, moot court sessions, group discussions etc. The college organises seminars on important days like World Aids day, International human rights day etc.

Alumni/Alumna

The college seniors were helpful and they used to participate in events with us sometimes. We have been invited to college at few occasions. The college also organises alumni meet for us every year .

Admission

The college focuses on giving admission to the students on the basis of merit. It has been shortlisting the students with a minimum of 45% marks in 10+2 grade. It is a simple admission procedure to follow.

Faculty

There are combination of good as well as average faculty members. They are polite and compassionate towards the students. They have great experience to keep the students attentive as well interactive in class.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My college

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
