Entrance Preview
Admissions are carried out centrally by ACPC, Gujarat based on merit of 12th Standard, science stream. I opted for computer engineering because of there was good very demand for IT professionals. Admission procedure was carried out at ACPC, Ahmedabad. Now a days it is online. I scored 55% in science stream and secured my admission. I opted for the college because of good infrastructure facility and good faculty members were there.
Course Curriculum Overview
CCET was affiliated to Saurashtra university. Saurashtra university is accredited by NAAC and obtained status of 4 star university. Course curriculum was designed according to the need of industry. In computer Engineering we studied latest technology available for software development.
Internships Opportunities
No college does not provide internship. As the college is engineering college, as a part of academics students have to carry out a project work in final year. Students may opt for industry based as well as college based project. College provides enough guidance to students taken projects from college.
Placement Experience
TCS visits the college every year and offers the packages around 4-5 lakhs per year. Apart from TCS, there are no other companies visiting for campus interview. Placement department works very well. Though many companies are not visiting, they provide good support to passed out students in searching suitable jobs.
College Events
Various kind of technical and non technical events were organized during the year. Technical events like project competition, paper competition, poster competition were organized. garba night, sports week and days celebrations were the main attractions of non technical events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is self financed institute. In gujarat fee structure of self financed colleges are approved by government committee. During my duration fee was 33,000 Rs per anum was very reasonable and affordable. fee structure was appropriate to the facilities provided to students. But Some facilities like internet and library could be better at that time.
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarships / loan was not provided by college. But college provides good support to the students want to avail any benefits from government.
Campus Life
Most of the students were from gujarat state. Students took admissions from near by places like ahmedabad, rajkot and surendranagar district. 60% students were male and 40% students were female. extracurricular activities like garba night, non technical events like debates, dancing competition and sports week was arranged every year. sports like cricket and volle ball were among the most popular activities.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is available within campus. Hostel had the capacity of around 300-350 students' accommodation. Initially food facilities were very poor. But now a days its better. i have no idea about PG's accommodation facility. Rooms were in sharing bas

Exam Structure
