Remarks

The college has helped the students to develop and enhance their communication and inter-personal skills . It has been imparting affordable education with outstanding infrastructure to the students every year.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course has been designed for three years according to the syllabus of University of Mumbai. It has six semester pattern followed for the academic program. The college also provides practical training as per the curriculum.

Placement Experience

The college has been investing in campus placements. It has collaborated with the legal as well as corporate industries so that students gets the best opportunities for the job. The students also go for off campus placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college charges the bare minimum fee. It is inexpensive as compared to other claw colleges in Mumbai. The total fee is Rs. 72,000. It can be paid in three equal installments of Rs.24,000 in each academic years.

Campus Life

The college has moot court hall so that students can get practical experience of working of the court rooms. It has a library with a large number of books. The students also have an access to judiciary and legal fraternity.

Admission

I was confused about the admission procedure but the college website has helped to get all the information. I was selected to get admission on the merit basis. The college accepts the 10+2 certificate with a minimum of 45%.

Faculty

I was happy with the faculty members as they are humble and strict at the same time. They enlighten us with their knowledge and keep us on our toes during the entire education session with them in the college.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

My college

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
