It?s the fundamental goal of our college to provide students with all the facilities to acquire skills necessary for a well-trained pharmacist. For which, the college strives to provide the best of the education and practical training to our students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum of the course helps us to contribute to the improvement of health through education and research programs. The curriculum is focused on Pharmacy Education, Pharmacy Training, and Research in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Placement Experience
The institute?s Placement Cell functions all around the year to arrange campus interviews by the industries. It also organizes Pre-placement talks (PPT) by companies for information about the company profile, job description and the package. The companies that came to campus during my time were Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK), Wockhardt, Cipla, Ambernath Organics, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The first year fee is Rs. 27000 which includes the college fee, university and other fee and misc. funds. The fee for the second year to the final year is Rs.26,000/pa. The fee is reduced the most for the SC category, and then for the ST and OBC category students.
Campus Life
The main building has two floors housing class rooms, seminar halls, canteen, laboratories, instrument room, machine room, library, common rooms for boys and girls, surrounded by greenery including medicinal plants.
Admission
The admission for the B.Pharma course in Bombay College of Pharmacy is done on the basis of merit. The admission is conducted by the Department of Technical Education which sets an eligibility criteria of minimum passing marks in 10+2 with PCM/B mandatory.
Faculty
The faculty of the college aims to train the students in the practice of pharmaceutical sciences. The faculty is skilled and highly educated in the research program and training that they provide to the students.
