Course Curriculum Overview

The course is designed well taken into consideration the importance of theory as well as the lab work. Many of us would spend so many hours working in the labs and researching about the particular phylum or genus. But still we had a good amount of time left with us to participate in other activities.

Placement Experience

4

For the placement, many companies came to hire students in research but having only graduation degree is not enough. While many students did get placed, a lot of my batchmates preferred going for higher education.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I found the fee moderately affordable and was about 50 thousand. The labs and the emphasis being laid on to the research with guest lectures and workshops along with other facilities, the fee was fair.

Campus Life

Being a Christian college, the majority of the students were Christians if course but we did see students from other religions as well. The cultural societies and the annual fest and sports meet gave ample opportunities for students from different courses to interact with each other.

Admission

One of my second cousin did her Physics Hons from this college and she would not stop ranting about it and that is why I chose this college over others. With the admission process being so easy, filling the offline form, attaching the required documents and voila you are one step closer to take admission in the college.

Faculty

4.5

I found the faculty extremely talented and focused. Many of them were researchers and were through with their doctoral degrees. They would take our viva and random assessments so as to be assured that we are grabbing every bit of knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is the worst. Teachers rush through the portions so that they can finish at the earliest. It may be because the university has a unjustifiable timetable. There is very little practicals given. The ones that are given are just for namesake.

Placement are not the best. But EY , federal bank, TCS are some the prominent companies that are coming. The negative thing about placement is most of them are offering marking jobs. So if you are someone who is interested in operations this is not the collage you want to in.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is under KTU syllubus do it's fine. There is a change in curriculum coming 2024 which i assume would make a lot of good changes. The curriculum gives you a head start For most of your work, you need to on your own but the faculty is there to help. The frequency of exams is weekly tests + monthly exams. Its not too difficult of an exam.

Currently placements are bit low, due to inflation, but compared to other colleges like KMEA, etc we have better placements similar to Muthoot and all. We have placement training, and other supports which can help us crack aptitude exams and prepare for placements Almost 70-80% students are placed every year, with an avg package of 4LPA

Placement Experience:

The students usually start appearing for campus placements in their 6th semester. The training for the campus placements is started for all the students from the 4th semester. Many companies visited for campus placements. But one main problem is that most of them were low packages. Around 4LPA. Some were between 4-6 and a very few between 6-10. Most of them got placed in our batch in some company.
