This institute works on improving lives about the farmers in Madhya Pradesh region. Providing the farmers with good quality seeds and fertilizers are carried out here. With inflow of funds research in this field can grow vastly.
Course Curriculum Overview
This course is rare and many people don't opt for it, thus only 11 seats are available. It's a four year program and a semester pattern is followed. There are exams at the end of every semester. Moreover, practicals and lectures just follow through.
Placement Experience
The final year students have the opportunity to apply for campus interviews. Based on the marks and vacancy the company hires candidates. Companies such as Allahabad Bank, Bank of India and HDFC visit college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course fees are 10,473 rupees for first year. For the rest three years the fees are 7,533 rupees. The fees are affordable and education is given with as little money as possible, so that many students can apply.
Campus Life
A wide range of activities take place on the campus. There are guest lectures, discussions about various research projects, field visits to industries and farms and workshops as well. Apart from this sports and farewell parties adds on to the fun.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel is there for both boys and girls. It is good and spacious to accommodate. One feels at home here. The fees are 6,525 rupees per year for both boys and girls. The security is strict, thus, one feels safe.
Admission
To get admission here, everyone has to give a pre agriculture test (PAT) Apart from this, minimum 45% should be scored in 10+2. Once the scores are announced, the rest of the procedure is carried out in the college.
Faculty
The faculty teaches a variety of topics related to this field. They give prime importance to the needs of farmers. They indulge in applied research work and impart knowledge about it as well. They have tremendous knowledge.
