Course Curriculum Overview
It is a four year program which prepares us to learn the technical aspects of civil work . We are taught about soil mechanics & foundation , hydraulics & ocean engineering , structural engineering etc. We are developed into those people who will build the largest and most essential structures surrounding the society such as energy & water supplies , transport network , buildings etc.
Placement Experience
The highest package that was offered by INFOSYS was 14 lpa which was grabbed by one of my senior for the role of regional manger . Top firms like Wipro , TCS , Amazon India , Deloitte visited our campus and selected a pool of candidates . The average salary offered was 4 lpa . Our college also provides its students with summer internship with a starting stipend of 10000 per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The tuition fees for the course is around 100000 , and the total comes down to 4 L p.a for four years . I consider this amount to be very nominal seeing the benefits that the college is providing us with. The hostel & mess charges are around 10000 per month .
Campus Life
The labs of our college are completely digitalis-ed . Many cultural events like holi , diwali , bihu , Christmas are organised by our student council . Sports tournament are also held at our college and the students take part in all kinds of outdoor and indoor sport practices.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees for girls is around 60000 p.a including all the other relevant charges.We are provided with a well furnished canteen which has a seating capacity of 200 students at one go.The food is also quite good .Our whole campus is WiFi enabled , provided with CCTV surveillance to check any type of wrong doing.The institute also provides bus facility to take care of the daily transportation of those students who live far off from the college campus.
Admission
Those who are seeking admission in this course needs to secure at least 35% ,marks in the 12th examination from any recognized board. Moreover the student should be from science background.Apart from the eligibility criteria you need to apply for this admission process through our JEE MAIN or MHT-CET scorecard.The students who hold a MSBTE diploma are given direct admission into the second year of the course. Thus if you have a valid JEE MAIN score and rank , you will be granted admission in the college with the course that you are seeking admission in.
Faculty
The teachers of here are really very helpful and supportive . Each student is given utmost priority when it comes out for the doubt solving session. We are also given assignments and deadline to submit it so that the decorum of the class is maintained.
