The last days of college

As PhD is a three-year-long course and a doctorate one. We need to focus on the areas of research. The exams are held semesterly and we have 6 semesters in total, followed by assignments, end term examination and practicals.

The average starting salary is of ?3 Lakh- ?15 Lakh. The job opportunities like a philosophical journalist, researchers, human services worker, novelist, independent consulting are available. The college offers many placement opportunities to the students.

The college holds events like annual day, sports day, workshops and seminars in research work which helps the students to enhance their interpersonal and communication skills as well as to link academic knowledge with practical learning.

At first you need to pay admission fees of ?100, followed by tuition fees of ?46,500 and if you opt for hostel facility, you need to pay additional ?1000. The fees are very much affordable here and also the facilities and infrastructure provided are good.

At TENTU we have many facilities like well-maintained classrooms, multipurpose hall, playground, language lab, well-equipped laboratory, ET lab, computer lab etc. We play many sports activities and there is no discrimination based on gender.

College also provides a hostel facility for a large scale of students. There are separate wings for both boys and girls. The rooms are cleaned and very much comfortable. The food provided is also good. The whole environment of the hostel is nice and clean.

Admission will be granted based on the score obtained in University-based entrance test followed by a personal interview round for only PhD course. Other than that the selection criteria is merit-based and entrance based for MEd.

The faculty here are all well experienced and inspire us to pursue our area of study with a passion for learning. They encourage us to perform outside the academic area as well. They care about each and every student and are always willing to help.
