Course Curriculum Overview
The course was three years along with six semesters and we had to study 4 to 5 subjects per semester including the core and non-core subjects. The curriculum was easy and stressfree. External and internal examination was conducted at the end of each semester with the practical taken. We had to submit and present the presentations and give the oral vivas.
Placement Experience
The college used to arrange placements at the end of third year. The selection was purely on the basis of self made it an academic performances, some of the known companies came to interview although only 50% of the students used to get placed and it was recommended to study further to increase the scope. The teachers used to provide recommendation letters for future use.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees was very cheap but expensive with respect to a government college as this was a semi government College. It was around Rs.7000 for a year and all the students usually used to afford it. It could be submitted in the form of demand draft, card payments but no cash was accepted.
Campus Life
The college was nicely reconstructed with spacious multipurpose hall and big playground. The libraries and the lads were fully equipped with the latest technology and equipment. We had various clubs including dance, music, theatre, fitness clubs. There was a huge diversity at the college and more girls were involved in dance and music club. Since this was a girls college it was a very safe and secure environment.
Admission
The college is a semi government College and requires good marks in 12th board examinations. To apply to the college we need to fill the application form which is available at the college website or can be taken through the college itself. After applying based on your 12th board examination you will get the name in the list, I got my name in the second test and confirmed my admission to the college.
Faculty
The faculty of the college was very cooperative and helpful. They all were known scholars and PhD holders in respective disciplines. All of the teachers who are fluent in English which led to no communication gap and they used to guide the students for the future.
