Course Curriculum Overview
The course is very detailed and covers all the basics of the subjects that are necessary for the field of engineering. The first year is same for all specializations and considering that this is a private college the curriculum is very great.
Placement Experience
Every year, major MNC's hire from Sandeep Universities like Amazon, Zenstar, VIP, Mahindra, Quick Heal, Bosch, Quinnox, HDFC and so on. The placement cell is excellent and they are very competent. Competition is tough, however.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The total fees is around 80,000 per year which translates to 3,20,000 INR. The academic fee for one year is 70,000 INR per year and 10,000 special fees which includes Library Fee & Examination Fees. It is comparable to most private colleges.
Fees and Financial Aid
Merit and Sports based scholarships are available, 85% and above in the qualifying examination means 100% Tuition Fee waive off, 80% to 84.99% in the qualifying examination results in 50% Tuition Fee waive off, 75% to 79.99% in the qualifying examination means 25% Tuition Fee waive off. Qualifying Examination means the Last appeared academic exam (e.g HSC, Graduation) and SU-JEE 2020-21
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities are encouraged and many different clubs and student unions are actively organizing events and drives and so on. The Nations Service Scheme(NSS) and the National Cadet Corps(NCC) is also active and they are very good to be a part of.
Admission
First of all, Purchase the Application Form from the designated centers / University Office. The application forms costs Rs. 750. Submit the duly filled Application Form. If you appeared for the JEE/UPSEE/CAT/MAT/SAT/GMAT/ENAT/EMAT you have to submit it. Appear for the entrance examination, group discussion and personnel interview as per schedule. Upon the final selection the candidate have to complete all the admission formalities and deposit the requisite fee.
Faculty
On Average, the faculty is quite good. The professors have all at least cleared NET or SET examinations and most of them have PhD's or are doing their PhD's. Many of the professors in JNCU have been teaching for several decades now.
