Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is very lengthy. The curriculum is updated and modified regularly. It is a five years course. The curriculum includes scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training. It includes both theory and practical papers. Exam structure is also good. The university conducts Internal Assessment and final examination for the students.

Placement Experience

University provides one year of compulsory internship facility to its students. The placement cell of our university organizes many campus interview for its students. There are many job opportunities in the field of private and and government institutions, Ayurvedic hospitals, clinics and medical centres.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of the five years course is around 3,10000 lakh rupees. As to the demand of the course, the fees is very good and satisfactory. Yearly, i have to pay around 62000 rupees. Hostel fees is around 20000 rupees yearly which is not included in the total fees.

Campus Life

The college believes in overall development of the students by organizing many extracurricular activities. Many activities and competitions are organized in our university. Competitions like quiz competitions, drama competition, writing competition, debate competition are organized which really helps us to develop our personalities and skills.

Alumni/Alumna

The university organizes alumni meet every year. In the alumni meet all past and present students interact with each other. The alumni network in our university is quite large. The seniors are very helpful and friendly. Most of the seniors are found very much successful in their own career.

Admission

The admission process in this course is based on both merit and entrance examination. Students after qualifying their senior secondary examination with science stream from a recognised board are eligible to get admission. Students should have obtained at least 50 percent of marks in aggregate in the subjects of physics, chemistry and Biology. Students also need to appear NEET UG entrance examination to qualify for admission.

Teachers of our university are very good. They take proper care each and every students in their studies. They focus in the quality education of the students. All tachers of our university are very loving and caring.

From 6th semester our college allows students to sit in campus placement derive. 9-10 companies usually visit our campus and the minimum package which they offer is 5lpa. As per now minimum 65% students from a batch gets placed other students they go for off campus placements.

Admission:

To get admission in B.Sc Optometry I had to score at least 50% in Science 12th standard. After that I had to give an entrance examination organized by the campus and clear it in order to get selected for the course.

Remarks:

The autonomous WII of the Indian government, provides various opportunities in the wildlife science and sets a benchmark to a global level. It's not an easy task to maintain the reputation every year and being a place to top the list. Even the foreign students eagerly await to enhance their learning over here.

Remarks:

There is no negative remark which I can point out about my university. From facilities to studies everything is top class. High profile staff with a library of plenty of books. I mainly commented on library because as I am a research student I get all books from our library.

Remarks:

There's only negative things about my college. It's very hard to find any positivity here its like to find a coin in the sea. Infrastructure, Academics, Placement, Canteen, Sports Facilities, Extracurricular activities everything needs to be get done here. Everything seems incomplete & Management really is the worst part here.

Remarks:

My college provides an environment that is best for overall personality development. one negative thing I noticed that despite strict rules students indulged in smoking and drinking to great extent. After caught in such activities they were released without any strict action by posing a fine of 2000 to 10000 on them.
