Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is divided into theory classes and then access to lab for practising the topics taught in class. We also get a stipulated time for internship in the end of last semester. Regular exams are conducted by the administration.

Placement Experience

The placement policy of the university is good. You get to have to job if you work hard throughout the course of 4 years. We usually don't get paid internships. There ate nearly negligible cases where a person gets stipend in their internship.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees structure is feasible and affordable. It is Rs 1,50,000/- per annum for 4 years making a total of Rs 6,00,000/- for complete course. I don't think you cam get these good opportunities, as promised in this college, at the cost of just 1.5 lakhs.

Campus Life

The cultural society is very active in the college. They take hold of every occasion beforehand. They keep the celebrations planned. We get to celebrate most of the festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Doctor's Day and so on and so forth.

Admission

I got selected in this college by filling an online form which was available in the official website of the college. After filling the form, I had to come to the college once for fee submission and small other minor formalities.

The staff of the college is very accomodating and peaceful. There are teachers of other branches who look at your side with sight of pitty. The teachers of my stream are helping in nature and encourage you to grab more and more opportunities.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Course Curriculum Overview:

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
