Course Curriculum Overview

The course duration is of 2 years. There is no age limit for the admission in the course.The candidate must be a graduate with minimum of 55% of the marks. The course is divided in 4 semesters. The course deals with problem solving skills,critical analyzing, and research skills.

Placement Experience

Placement cell work at their best in the college as the university is quite famous in the area so many companies do come in the campus and get the students from here. The company also tries and get the best salary package in the industry.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee of the course is 18,150/- for both the years .In the first year the candidate need to pay 9450/- and in the next year they need to pay 8700/- so thats quite quite feasible and not at all expensive in my views. So we can sum up saying the fee is not expensive rather its feasible.

Campus Life

The university held many cultural programs and festivals so cultural diversity is in the college. Sports meet are also held in the university and the candidate do participate enthusiastically in the sports competitions.

Admission

The admission in the college is very simple and easy. Admissions here are on online basis. For the admission in the college the candidate must have a bachelor degree in the disciplined required on the basis of the merit list.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very hard working and aspiring. They are much qualified and interested in the subjects which they teach. The faculty makes the subject interesting and give their best to teach the students. They try and make the subjects more interesting and easy for the students.

A great start for the social workers

Placement Experience:

College placements are there. From the last semesters, students become eligible. Unicef, Unesco, coal India, etc, The average package is 6 to 8 lakh per annum. 70 percent of students get placements. I will do the job in a good ngo or government.

Overview of VSSW

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because this is a professional and very interesting course it grabbed my attention. I want to do something in this field. The facilities are surprisingly quite good all of the facilities provide as much support as they can give the students. Students are much more than faculties but those who are taught all are highly educated high degree people. Even some of the faculties are still studying for much higher education like doctorate, Ph.D. degree. the exam system is like in one semester you get an internal exam of 20 marks in the mid semester and in last of the semester you'll get 80 marks final exam. And in this course they're important subject fieldwork, in which you have to do an internship in an organization this may contain like an internship it self 80 marks and after the exam, you have to give viva according to fieldwork it contains 20 marks. But if you failed in fieldwork you have to repeat the semester.

I choose this course because in my graduation, I had sociology and that's why I find it easy to apply for master's of social work. faculty consists of 4 people and students consist of 40 most of the faculties have completed their Ph.D. every 6 months, they have their end semester exams.
