The course curriculum is quite simple. This college offers mostly post graduate courses such as MD in psychiatry , diploma in psychological medicine, Ph.D in clinical psychology, etc. All course are of 3-4 years and semester based.

This is a medical college and medical colleges don't provide any kind of placements and job opportunities. They provide practicals and internships which students must attend in order to understand the real life incidents related to their courses.

This is the government college and considered as one of the most elite college but the fees for this college is really very cheap and affordable. The fees for most of the course varies somewhere between 4000-5000 per year.

Every year college fest is conducted in our college which is organised solely by the students of the college. There are various stalls for games, food, technical quizzes, etc. Overall it's really fun and enthusiastic.

The admission for M.D (Psychiatry) and Diploma in Psychological Medicine is through NEET-PG examinations whereas the admission for the other courses is through a national level entrance examination conducted by the Institute.

The faculty is very senior and experienced enough. They are very strict towards studies and their profession. Students can learn many new things and gain knowledge from them if paid full attention in classes
