Remarks

I will definitely, recommend my college to whomsoever wants to pursue an event management course. From infrastructure to campus life, from corporate exposure to placements, everything is top-notch here. I made many memorable memories in college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

The course curriculum was pretty good. More emphasis was paid on digital techniques like digital marketing, campaign management along with core management skills. Exams were held twice a year.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placements are very good and many brands belonging to the media and entertainment industry, keep visiting our college in order to recruit students from our departments. Major recruitment is done for the profile of the event manager, field manager, etc. The packages offered are also good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

An MBA from T John Institute would cost you around 5.2 Lacs for the entire course. The college is moderately budget-friendly in comparison to other private institutes. The facilities provided are pretty awesome, to be honest. The entire campus is filled with energy driving the corporate-oriented learning on the campus.

Campus Life

4

Campus life is pretty lit and lively. Students have innumerable opportunities to present their talent in events organized in the institute like the Faculty development program to Make in India program, etc. We had the luxury of interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds.

Admission

Admission is on the basis of the PGCET entrance exam and an interview round with the counselor at college itself. The interview round was simple and the panel was pretty friendly and supportive. After that, I presented all my academic documents and paid the fee.

Faculty

4.5

The faculty presented a very good image of the event management landscape. The college is pretty selective in hiring professors for a particular teaching profile. Consequently, each faculty member of ours was very much talented. They would share their personal experiences from the corporate which were very useful for us.

Placement Experience:

College Placement plays an essential part in every college and AIMIT does too, I had chooses Marketing. In my field, many of my batchmates did not get better opportunities and were not placed too. But Yeah companies like Refinity, Techmahendra, Dufry and many other companies visit the college campus. The highest package as company and profiles offered is 10 LPA and the lowest is 1.5 LPA.

Admission:

I took the CAT examination and based on my CAT score I made an application for admission in this college. Interview and short round of test was conducted after qualifying that I was granted the admission in the PGPM program. I was looking to get into the IIMs but since my CAT score was not that much so I settle for this one as it is also very popular college in Bengaluru.
