My Journey with MIRMS

It is of 5 and 1/2 year course. It includes internships also.There will be exam which will be conducted by university. It will be held annually except for the second year. Students can also do research or can opt for ICMR. It is very much relevant to the present scenario and demands.

Medical colleges generally do not have a placement facility after completion of MBBS Course. But, our college provides us and encourages us to do internships to enhance our learning skills and get an idea about the work-load.

It depends on the category which we get the seat there are three categories A,B and C. A category students have to pay 60,000 per year. B category students have to pay 13 lakhs per year and C category students have to pay 25 lakhs per year. Every category fees is fixed by government and we can get scholarships from government if we are eligible.

A huge emphasis is given to practical classes as it is a main portion of the MBBS Course. The labs are well-maintained with fresh chemicals and good instruments for us to work. The library has a huge collection of books and has a study-friendly environment.

The alumni base of our college is very strong the students of our college who are well-placed into various hospitals and institutions. The seniors are also very helpful and help us a lot with our studies and with understanding the norms and protocols of the college.

I got my admission to this college through the NEET-UG examination. After the counselling rounds I was eventually placed here and duly got admitted to the college as being a doctor and studying MBBS was always a dream for me.

Very helpful and caring.You can approach them whenever you get any doubt.Never ever will they ignore you.They will always try to give there best. The professors are very highly experienced and have already taught at several govt medical colleges.You will really appreciate there effort.
