Remarks

There is nothing negative about the College. OP Jindal University is established as a philanthropic institution and it plays a key role in shaping the lives of many students. It offers best facilities and world class infrastructure.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum is good at OP Jindal University. The course follows different streams as General, Business Analytics, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Marketing Management. An interdisciplinary approach is there for the studies. The course curriculum also includes a lot of practical aspects in it.

Placement Experience

4.5

Yes the college offers internship facilities. Many international companies come up with packages every year. About 65% of students get internship opportunities and the experience recieved from it is great.

College Events

5

The college organises Cultural, Sports and Business Fests every year with different colleges providing their valuable participation. There are also inter- collegiate competitions that helps in enhancing the skills of students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

MBA is a 2 year, On campus, full time course and the fee structure seems to be little expensive. It is about 11 lakhs for the year course. But the college offers a global perspective and best infrastructure. Soon after the completion of the course, students get placed in various companies. Thus looking at the opportunities awaiting the students, the fee structure is not thar problematic.

Fees and Financial Aid

Education loan is available for students who find it difficult to afford the fees. Also those who have scored good marks in the respective test for MBA attains a scholarship that helps them very much.

Campus Life

5

There are a lot of clubs like Operations, Finance and Marketing and they provide a beautiful picture of the outside world. There is no issue related to politics or gender. Ragging is also prohibited in the College. Equality is well maintained inside the campus. A number of Webinars and Seminars too are organised by the College authorities.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Yes I've opted for hostel and everything is okay here. There are hostel facilities for boys and girls separately. It is about 5 lakhs for a hosteler but the food and other requirements offered by the hostel is good. Hostel offers a very calm atmosphere to learn and grow.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes an Alumni network is maintained by the College to keep in touch with the graduating students. The senior students are very helpful in the overall performance of the pursuing students. They provide important notes and are willing to teach us and clear all our doubts.

Admission

An MBA course offers yoy specific business skills, such as leadership or strategic thinking, that will be useful when applying for management-level positions or promotions. Thus I joined OP Jindal University for MBA. Admission procedure was straightforward, those who have passed CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA is given admission, followed by an Interview.

Faculty

5

The University is distinguished to have many respectable faculty members. They're intelligent, supportive and instills practical knowledge to every theoretical aspect they teach. They're very much dedicated and uses their experience in the best possible way.

Placement Experience:

We can do internships after 1st year and 2nd but for the placement it's in 4th year. The training and placement cell of the college has work consistently to bring reputated companies like a TCS Wipro Infosys LNT Infotech etc. the medium package for uses students is like 4 lakh per annum and PG students was about 4 to 5 lakh per annum. However when compared with some of the top tile institutions the package levels and placement percentage highlight the student themselves me to bridge through internship of campus drive and additional certifications. Another noticeable trend is that placements 10 to be more favourable for the branches like computer science and information technology where are School branches of an face lower absorption rates which is common in many engineering colleges. But here off campus placement are really good

Placement scenario is so good as per the stats . Like students are eligible for placements from there 7th sem . No. Of companies visited is around 200 (guess). Offers made 600(guess) . Highest package is 65 lpa , and average package is 9 lpa there are major two roles one is core engineering get role and other is non core data analyst role . 86 % students are placed last year . My plan is to get good placements from college itself and then after experience I will go for MBA or higher studies .

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my curriculum Information Technology, we have to study Cloud computing, Advanced Machine Learning, Advanced Data Structure and Analysis, Distributed System, Blockchain Technology, Computer Networking, Data Science, Bioinformatics and many more subjects are taught. I choose this course as because it is aligned with my interest and matches my Bachelor of Technology field. By learning Cloud Computing, Advanced Data Structure Analysis, Advanced Machine Learning, Blockchain Technolgy; we get ready for industry job. In this course we learn how to solve real-world problems and solutions to them. For improvement in the curriculum, I would suggest not to involve more theory rather than go for more practical learning. The exams happens after every 3 months in a year. Generally the end-semester happens at December and May. The exam is moderate level.

Course Curriculum Overview:

If you're getting into MBBS, you have cleared neet and you have a slight idea of what you're getting yourself into. The subjects are tough, especially anatomy, because of the vastness of the subject. But if you're consistent and making lil efforts everyday, it's achievable without hampering the fun part of college life. Here are a few gem of resources that everyone uses for first year. Biochemistry - jambhulkar notes, Vasudevan/ satyanarayan book Lippincott for advanced studies Physiology - Sembulingam and Guyton. I swear by them. It doesn't get any simpler than this. Ganong for in depth studies Anatomy - Johari for exams Vishram Singh for easy to understand language and super simple diagrams Gray's anatomy for in depth understanding. Embryology - vishram Singh Histology - IB Singh Dissection - Cunningham or Mercy Navis There will be 2 terminal exams 1 pre University and then the final University. Don't rely on lectures to prepare you for this. You'll have to teach yoursel
