Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum was planned according to the requirements of the business. The course taught us several aspects regarding the management of the business. The course was taught with the help of case studies. We had to appear for exams at the end of the semester.
Placement Experience
The placement opportunities were excellent. About 75 per cent of the students were offered jobs from high profile companies. The companies which came for recruitment included Vivilex Technologies, Sri Chaitnya and Kotak Mahindra Bank.
College Events
Our college organises farewell for final year students and freshers for newcomers. Several cultural programs are also held to celebrate festivals like Diwali, id, Christmas, independence day, Republic day etc. Our college also organises educational seminars and workshops.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was affordable. The fee charges for MBA was around 25,000 rupees for a year which is much less than those charged by other management institutions. The fee enabled every student to pursue the MBA whose financial status was not so good.
Campus Life
Our college has a well-stocked library with over 32,000 books and 22 national and international journals. There is a badminton court, a cricket ground, a football ground where inter-college matches are held. There is an indoor gym with free weights like dumbells, barbells and weight plates.
Admission
The admission is granted on the basis of merit and rank achieved in the postgraduate entrance test called RUPGCET. After qualifying the entrance test the shortlisted candidates are called for counselling. The application form has to be filled online.
Faculty
The college faculty had several years of professional experience. They were trained business professionals. They taught us through interesting case studies. We applied theories and our managerial skills. We were also given a lot of assignments to complete.
