Course Curriculum Overview
Intensive and comprehensive . The first of the two year course comprising of two semesters were common to all and the next year comprising of two final semesters were the ones where you chose your specialisations. I chose marketing over finance and PC.
Placement Experience
Our college has an in-house corporate training team, which focuses on preparing the students of the final year for the interview process. Cisco, Sabre Partners, Spark Capital, Udaan, BYJU'S, Ola cabs, Swiggy and Dabur, etc. are some of the new top recruiters from our college. The corporate cell assisted us at each step during the placement process.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee for the MBA program is around 3 lac, which is above par than normal prices. This fee included the registration fee, caution fee, tuition fee, etc. Institute is pretty flexible in terms of fee payment. It also offers a scholarship program for poor students.
Campus Life
The course curriculum was enriched with the industry exposure and practical applications of our theoretical learning. The course touched all the concepts related to the basic managerial discipline like finance, operations, HR, etc. We learned a lot from our esteemed faculty and their guidance helped us in becoming industry-ready.
Alumni/Alumna
I stayed at the hostel during my course duration. The hostel buildings and infrastructure is pretty good on the whole. They have installed solar panels for electricity generation. The hostel fee is less than 50K per year, which is pretty cheap in comparison to pg accommodation.
Admission
The college offers admission to its courses on the basis of CAT score . CAT (Career Aptitude Test) exam provides admission to the management courses . You need to score good percentile to get through this college .
Faculty
Both in-house and external faculties are excellent. Although faculty effectiveness is assesses through regular feedback from students, more external faculties may be invited from institutes like IRMA, XIMB, TISS as subject experts. Finance area needs more industry-specific experts, clubbed with experienced in-house faculties.
