Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus for the PGDM is designed perfectly covering various topics such as finance, management, and some minor courses such as Textile Management, Rubber Management, etc which will help students in their careers.

Placement Experience

The placements opportunities in SASMIRA are very admirable as they provide students with various possibilities to get a job and start their career. Apart from that internships are also provided by the college to students.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the course costs around Rs 5 lakhs covering tuition fee and for availing hostels you have to pay extra amount. Besides this fee is expensive compared to other colleges but this course isn't provided by the various university so the fee is itself justified.

SASMIRA has various extracurricular that students can avail and also there are different recreation zones contain clubs and committees which participate in various competitions in or outside the campus and learn from that.

Admission

To seek admission in the college you have to appear for MAH-MBA/MMS-CET examination conducted annually. After that, you have to apply to the college by filling the admission form and if you are selected you have to visit the campus and submit your fees and documents.

Faculty members of my college are highly educated and very ardent for their job. They help students in every way possible and they believe in practical learning rather than bookish learning with case studies and real-life examples.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

The college is best for placement and club activity

Placement Experience:

In my branch, the placement is good In 2025, 150 students are placed in Wipro, infosys, Amazon and Google like companies the minimum package is seven lakh. Also in my branch one Student it is placed in Amazon with 47 lakh rupees package in college. They already prepare Student for interviews and aptitude test. The placement cell is conduct aptitude test with the Google for students for each semester in that they test our coding skills, English skills and attitude test from that they give us a detail information in which skills are lacking and on which skill we want to work

Strong academic legacy with expereinced faculties and balanced content- preparing you for future studies and entrance exams and olympiads. very much strict, i would say not needed. somehwere you may experience baised behaviour; but when you are focused on gaining knowledge then these things dont matter as its only a matter of three years. Relevance of course is there but for applying for further studies not for that much for job prospects, if you want atleast a decent salary job.

Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

Placement Experience:

I have rarely seen companies coming to our college for placement purposes for our course but I have seen companies coming for BCOM and BCA. I don't know about my course as I am currently in my second year. The percentage of students getting placements are veryess as my friend from third year said that out of 150 students only 10 students got placed this year which is very less compared to other colleges. My plans after getting the degree is if I got a job in any of the it company I will do it for experience and side by side I am planning to pursue my education in MSC CS
