Remarks
NCERT's RIE, Bhopal is one of the best teaching institutes in the country. You are taught by the best to be the best. The fee is also nominal and there is plenty of scope for a scholarship if you score well enough.
Course Curriculum Overview
This is a four year integrated program which includes several fields of knowledge such as social science, humanities as well as professional studies. There is ample balance between theory and practise, and it really equips us with what we require to be excellent teachers.
Placement Experience
Several big organizations affiliated with the NCERT hire the alumni of RIE as it is a college that is run by NCERT. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Navoday, etc hire teachers from RIE every year as per their vacancies. The interviews are tough, however.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is very lenient and is very cheap when compared to other colleges for integrated courses. The total fees per year is only about 6,665 rupees per year and is very cheap. People with reservations also get some further lenience.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are scholarship services available for SC, ST, and the remaining 50% of the students are provided with scholarships in accordance with NCERT's rules. It is conditional on the performance on the basis of the merit list and parents' income certificate. The scholarship holders have to stay in the hostel itself.
Campus Life
There are several extracurricular activities organized in the college itself. The male to female ratio is very healthy and the management does not deter interaction between the genders. They often promote healthy discussions and group activities.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel services are excellent, and it is quite affordable as well. There is plenty of greenery in and around the campus so it is a treat to stay on the campus. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. The premises are kept clean, the food is good enough, all the essential furniture is there and there are wifi and TV as well.
Admission
The common entrance exam(CEE) is the exam we had to clear in order to get into Regional Institute of Education. The competition was tough and there were a lot of people who attempted, but there are only 40 seats in Bhopal. There is an application form as well, it has to be submitted online. The admission is be confirmed online as well, it can be found out after logging into your account.
Faculty
The faculty is all extremely well trained, as it is a teaching college. They have several years of experience and are always trying new things to inculcate practical knowledge in us. Some teachers, in particular, are very excellent.

Can I get admission to B.Ed? I have done a BA with 47%.
The educational qualification required for admission in the B.Ed program of RIE Bhopal is to have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 50% marks from a recognized university. There is a 5% mark relaxation for SC and ST students. If you belong to any one of these categories, you are eligible for admission.
